Just make sure you have a sharksmouth painted on your addons nothing says badass like a sharksmouth... or a pigsmouth on an a-10

@Franze you got a mistake in your signature

with Mi 28.

you have written it wrong.It means ML-28 right now.

I dont have a keyboard with russian letters but the second letter should be just like "u".

here's the right one: Ми-28

the letter Franze needs is actually just like "N" but reversed.

But if you write without computer then you write "u" letter.

OT: Thanks eestaikas, I couldn't find the source where they used the actual cyrillic lettering for the designation. Much obliged. smile_o.gif

i have a real nice F/A-18C model that i have been working on, and i was planning on making it for ArmA, but the model isnt compleat yet.

If someone can help me with texturing and scripting i'd be glad to put it into OFP.

here's some pictures. it is currently without any textures.

i have already tested the model in OFP, no lag at all but who know after its textured and scripted.

I would also recommend if you want or can, start working on a SuperHornet variant as well. That way it would only require a few modifications to the model, mainly the air intake inlet and certain areas where RAM has been applied. (No, I don't mean you stuck some sticks of memory on the bloody airframe.) icon_rolleyes.gif

I'd recommend that you make the texturing of your addon so that it is open source to the public for modification. Either by Settexture or permission to create different skinned variants of it.

I would suggest using Footmunch's Countermeasure system, and implimenting the ACES Ejection seat system. It is fairly easy to do if you have the scripting practice. I even conjured up an easy method to manually activate the ejection system on his planes that is a little more effective and realistic via a few minor scripting changes.

Anyways, suggest you get in touch with footmunch. I'm sure when he can find time, he'll assist you in your project if you are intent on releasing it.

BTW, how many polys is this aircraft, because I do some consulting for a free open source naval sim (non-OFP) shown in my sig and they are looking for volunteer contributors for vehicle, static, and aircraft models. Highly recommend you try the current beta version if you like to try new simulations.

Anyways, looking forward to more progress updates.
