East becomes PLA, only major problem is you gotta make sure you kill enemy units or risk the body coming back to kill you. All stock BIS missions and campains west JSDF vs PLA. Your problem is that there are two addons conflicting, just a guess but its not unlikely that it is two different "editorupdate102.pbo" in your respective addon folders.
