ok got the sunking in the ground problem thing sorted thanks to oyman.

Hit=5000

its super deadly

its configed as a time bomb so you have about 30 seconds to get 600m away or.. behind a hill. esle.. zeeky boogy doog

no he says it when you place it. and then about 30 seconds later boom!

note: the boom is the same sound fx is from the movie.

Tried it out, it's a bit powerfull, I ended up standing veery far away and doing a simple spin-around cutscene on it to even see the damn thing (I put it and teleported my self away)

It'd be more useable if it was a powerfull blast, but smaller blast radius. Which I suppose I could change myself easily enough, but oh well tounge2.gif

..regradless, still funny tounge2.gif

i tried incorperating one of the nuclear explosion scripts into it and failed miserably... so i was like "Screw it.. its gonna be a time bomb the player can place"

the indirect blast radius is 500m.

very effective if your totaly surrounded and have no hope of escape.

@DBR_ONIX: anytime someone said zeeky boogy doog they died.. so the chance of escape was suppose to be limited.. if it was scripted as a nuke the blast radius would be alot more

i cant do people models.. well ok i cant do models period i have my freinds help me in that aspect.. but anyway; people are a bit complicated for my skillset so ill just still with the zeeky h bomb and kamikaze watermelon

Also tried it out, works great! Of course, blew myself up the first time, until I made myself leader, sent the other dude to the middle of town, and watched from a castle tower as he launched himself to the moon!

a ? though. Would it be that hard to set it up with a timer or something? I'm working on a series of zombie missions, and I have a research lab and some surrounding buildings that need to go "boom". And make a version for west? Then I could make a trigger, doo a createUnit at thosee positions, and give them the commands to set the bombs!

im not sure how i can set it up on an exact timer. right now it uses the BIS timebomb timer which is 30 seconds.

also you can use a script to create unit and "this addweapon" command too

Will try it out. Last time I tried to use an object/weapon was the Satchel, to make an invisible landmine. Followed instructions to the letter (from Mission Editing), started the mission, and low and behold, a satchel appeared before me. Trouble was, it was supposed to explode!! javascript:emoticon('rofl.gif'wink_o.gif

Fixed it with a different array though. Will see what I can do with it!

EDIT:

create a trigger, activated by west. In On Activation, put:

BOOOM = "ZeekyHBomb" camcreate [(getpos this select 0), (getpos this select 1), (getpos this select 2)+3]; Fuze = "FxExploGround2" camcreate getpos BOOOM

now create 2 west soldiers about 600m from trigger. 1 is the player, the other is under his command. Now send him forward to the trigger!!! (Knowing this, you can set this up to go off under MANY cicumstances!wink_o.gif
