Errr... is anyone taking this seriously?

Female characters in OFP at the moment don't play a big role in the game because they're not properly configured to be in an active combat role (no decent models, no proper proxies, no voices etc).  To date there have been some female packs, which are just pornstar/superstars with guns.  But I'm trying to actually create some working combat models based on real life female soldiers serving their country.  I'd like to get some down to earth faces of people in here, and as I mentioned in my first post, this is part of a bigger project to implement female radio voices and player models into the game, so as OFP has a better gender universality amongst the gaming community.  Creating realistic female soldier addons, - this pack will be more like an updated version of Cassandra's old female soldier model rather than Amazon's CS babe imports.  I would have finished this pack without this topic were it not for the shortage of actual pictures of real women rather than celebrities...  I have a group of female friends who have gladly given their time to record the radio voices and effects for this addon.... but does OFP need this pack?

If not, I don't need to do this.

In Liquid snakes pack there were celebrity's and such as well as 'proper' faces and i think it should be the same with this.

Any chance you'd also be able to squeeze in some american noncombatant female models? Like, using the HYK textures with no armor or something, along the lines of his pack's "man" units. This would probably be the most realistic thing for american forces at least, considering women aren't put into combat positions... well, they try to keep them out. But don't get me started on that lying little pop tart Jessica Lynch...

Thanks for the images, I will definitely see what I can do, I will be adding the "pretty to look at" celebrity faces as well as the normal more realistic female grunt faces in the same pack.  I will also be doing wound textures and camo options for the facepack as well.  Sorry for getting steamed up, because the last 2 pages before this one was pretty much all spam.

Yes definitely this pack will models of servicewomen in a non-combatative fatigues and perhaps civvie (guerilla) gear as well.  At the moment I'm focussing on the faces, but I will definitely release a working beta model with a woman in fatigues (with the interchangeable face to comply with the facepack)  which can easily be retextured by the end-user to suit any international force.

I'll try to find a Demi Moore portrait pic and see what I can do.

If anyone knows of a good place to get a good open source *.p3d of soldier in basic fatigues (no equipment) let me know.

(Otherwise I might just strip down KMARNS infantry and tweak the model which will take a bit longer)

I want to at least include a basic female model when I release the beta face pack - so as you'll have something to use the faces with other than the BIS female civvies.
