Shinkansen 0 Posted May 28, 2005 What's going on with the troops? Did you fix up all the bugs? Is there more than 3 guns planned for the next release? Hi, the texture bugs you have mentioned have been fixed by now but the redirection of the japanese soldiers in the mission editor is still tricky... In the next version flame thrower will be included for the us side, maybe molotovs as anti tank weapons for the japanese side (it is more or less useless until we have flameable us tanks), a moveable japanese anti-tank rifle and static heavy weapons like MGs and mortars for both sides. If you have any more suggestions what you would like to see in this mod and / or find any other bugs in the released addons, let us know... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

XeLSiS 0 Posted September 30, 2005 To all the supporters of the Pacific War Mod I have bad news... Unfortunetly for lack of Public Support & Resources, I have decided to shutdown the Pacific War Mod. We will probably make a final release of finished/unfinished stuff depending on the Authors of the work. The last thing I would like to say is thank you for those of you who helped us and supported us. I have gained alot of experiance doing this and I will later towards ArmA start up a Modern Warfare mod but thats another story. Anyway thanks again to everyone. Unfortunately it appears the hanging crowd more enjoys modern warfare especially with what is going on in the world right now. What does Shinkansen say about the mod dying?
