do you have baracken v1.5? get it here.

the only difference between c, m and k are the ILS values. c is the civilian part of the airport in the southwest, m the military part and k the airport of krasnovia in the north.

are you sure that you are loading v1.5 and not 1.00 via your modfolders?

can you pick the new guard tower in the editor?

Yea, i can see the guard tower.. if its new or not i dunno.. i can at least see the kind of towers whos in the "new" "US base" east on the island.. the pretty big 1 hidden in the woods..

if it is that towers u mean,ye i can see them wink_o.gif

No, raedor means the tower shown on this screenshot by Lee_H._Oswald.

And he has asked you if you can select the tower from the editor-menu, not if you can see them on the map. This towers are only located two times at the mil. airport and on krasnovia.

To make it easier look for "AIR\Hangar01" in the menu, if you can't find this object there you've an old version of the baracks in your folders.

I can see Empty\Mapfact objects\then the addons... but no baracken as u mentioned...

anway. look on the pic.. no grey watchtower there rock.gif

sure, you have v1.5 smile_o.gif

but in one of your mod folders you have the v1.0 or v1.1. so clean them up. or start without your modfolders...

i think the oil addons would work better on a island with more desert areas like texas or some place middle east  smile_o.gif

I hope mapfact makes a new island,

a arctic malden but with mapfact buildings all over the place and so on  unclesam.gif

one thing would be cool to see a kolgujev with more flat places on it so its ea´sier to find places to make editor bases on or something like that  tounge_o.gif  right now you really have to search hard to find good spots if you want to place some custom buildings and large areas of base or so  tounge_o.gif

had the old barracken files in 2 modfolders..lol.. a WWII mod and FCM..

but now i got a new magic lol.... il just do a search and see what i find. and what modfolders i got it in.  tounge_o.gif

your island is absolutely perfect, the only thing i would have done different is put the gates open by default... i hate getting out to open the gates everytime i get to the airport. I have given the airport its own little theme. I have pre-built the airport.. theres about 25 civilians walking around.. driving around, a couple of helicopters taking off and landing in the Civ part. Theres two buses cycling around the airport making it look fairly busy for Nogova.. but the cars in the parking lot is making it lagggg alot i think ill only place a few in there.. i kinda over did it. The military only uses the backroad to the southern most city with the harbor, during the daytime so it wont interupt the regular airport traffic. Got guards a the gate to make it realisitc. Got HYK captives runnin around making it look like their jogging. and a simple repair mission to fix a humvee in petrovic. Fun mission, no shooting!

I got a template thingy to, i haven't got triggers for closing the gates because i think that would mess up the a.i's but maybe it can be done with some scripting or so tounge_o.gif

I got so many ideas and not so much time to accomplish everyone of them right now mad_o.gif

But i got a template and if anyone wants a copy just pm me or email me wink_o.gif

i didnt think anyone wanted it.. its rather simple just using waypoints no scripting at all.. just giving you guys some idea's. Im trying to work on triggers opening and closing the gates also... looking into the readme for that now.

I know it's easy and simple to do, but it is time-consuming, and some of us are really busy (or lazy). sad_o.gif Personally I would of done something like that (for personal use), but I am really rushed this week, don't even have time to watch TV. crazy_o.gif

Zerospeed pointed out some mistakes in the English readme of the last update. I didn't translated the "script" stuff in the boxes.

If you haven't already found out yourself...NUMMER simply means NUMBER in German and the "bis" you'll find in one of the other boxes means "up to".

3 different landing patchs for AI, C ics civilian part of main airport, M is military part of main airport and K is airport on the northern island (Krasnovia)

the thing that alters between C and M is different taxi paths

it´s all in the readme if anyone cares to read it ;)
