Some stuff...

Actually, Acecombat the color of the F-15E Strike Eagle is Charcoal or Combat Gray.  F-15C's are known as the "Albino" since their gray almost is white.

The F/A-22 also uses a combat gray blend of different shades of gray that makes it very difficult to spot in high altititude and in poor weather.  It's predicted that the USAF, USMC, and possibly the US Navy will have the same paint scheme for the F/A-35 JSF.

Just a little info, nothing much of real importance.

Geeze man, if my comp tried to do that resolution, it would fall over with cardiac arrest and scream for pain.

You must be using a NIVIDA 256meg poly making monster, I envy you.   wow_o.gif

If your talking about me then i better tell you that i have 64 MB nvidia MMX card its old sad_o.gif , its my P4 and 512 RAM thats probably keeping it up to pace with the good machiens out there....

As for Strike Eagles being Grey yes i know i would definitely like that VERSION Saudi Arabia has those smile_o.gif , i wish Footmunch make roundels for RSAF too (please tounge_o.gif ).

Do you mean Saudi, or Singapore(RSAF) smile_o.gif ?  I'll add both,

just to be sure.

If anyone wants a roundel added, PM me on these boards,

and I'll do my best.

Y'know, we need an island which has valleys in it, like the lake district, then we can have RAF jets flying through it at blazing speeds. I'd love the site of a Lightning fyling through a valley with mountains either side and the sun shining on it.

Thanks Footmunch. I also was looking for a Saudi Arabian Airforce roundel because I had almost forgotten that Saudi Arabia uses the F-15 Eagles. I was living in Saudi Arabia when they graduated their first F-15 pilots if I remember correctly. I definitely remember them making a sonic boom over Riyadh during their graduation airshow. It cracked a bunch of windows and some of the building walls at the USMTM compound. At any rate, the Saudi pilots seemed to be pretty good and the airbase on the Lost Brothers "Sanai" map is actually kinda located in Saudi Arabia (because the map isn't to scale). So I could make some Saudi vs Israeli F15 missions where Saudi F15's are sent in to assist Egyptian Migs and F-16's getting shot down by IAF F-15's and F-16's over the Sanai Peninsula.

Too bad we don't have any Saudi Arabian infantry units. Some SANG units would be sweet..but that's for another thread. (I used to live in the SANG compound in Riyadh also).

The only problems i have with the current hunter are the sound and the texturing.

I wish someone could re-texture a C-130 Into the generic green used by the RAF.

Did you also happen to meet any ANGLICO marines?

Hmm.... that name doesn't ring a bell and I haven't read that book, but if I ever get a chance for any pleasure reading (I'm up to my neck in anthropology/psychology journal articles at the moment) I'll check it out.
