I don't know, but language and history are the only things that really light my fire at the moment. I've been to Europe twice, I love Spain (I really admire their work ethic ). And for the last one- no  <span id='postcolor'> No beautiful sister? Hell why am I hanging around in this forum? French is a great language but tough. In europe we learn that the best way to start a multi-linguistic career is to learn latin. I never realy got the language but my knowledge of latin-grammar enables me to learn any language within 3 monts. Spain is cool, I admit that, and the most beautiful girlfriend I ever had was spanish. She was blond (I guess a fake though)!
Tex -USMC- 0 Posted January 6, 2003 Oh, I took some Latin, and it does help, but I usually see the benefits in being able to recognize words in my own language lol.

But let me tell you one thing: german isnt! German is a crappy language with lots of grammatical irregularities! So if I meet a foreigner who speaks german I know that either he was stationed here as a soldier, he is a scientist, he is the son of an german ambassador or he is a school-freak! BTW: It started to snow here one hour ago and I went on a trip to the nearest parking lot to play around with my BMW 320 6V touring. If you disable the automatic track control it speeds around like a snow-vehicule....sooooo coooool!

The only exceptions are "hymer-Fritz" and their caravans in the summer. We usually end up speaking english. Also, I work at a hotel and the germans (mostly old) guests don't speak much english. However, they are the kind of guests I like very much. Always polite and well mannered. Maybe I should change my sign into I love Germany (but that would put off Denoir). Sweden had just some bad luck for..um about the last three centuries. First we must now reclaim what was ours (Finland, Norway, the Baltic states and Pommern (Northern German province that was under Swedish rule for long time). That's if we play it nice. If we really wanted to reclaim all that once was ours we would settle for no less then most of Germany that we took during the Thirty Year's War. Then we'll deal with the Russians and once again take Moscow
