Gollum1 0 Posted April 13, 2004 Waddya think? U like it? It's ok, but I don't think they'd take pictures of soldiers posing in front of such a sensitive enemy kill, especially one of global importance. Try taking them with higher resolution, but the brightness is just fine... Quote[/b] ]P.S: I just naturally assumed that killing citizens of the state would be a crime against it? Yes, read what I said about that...

Shadow NX 1 Posted April 13, 2004 Lol thanks. What i actually meant by the roadblock one was that it was a clandestine harrier base that had a roadblock. (They had loads round Germany in the 70's) Anyway, how's this one? The shots that started a war! 1970 East German border guards pose next to an American recon vehicle that got lost on exercises and ended up crossing the border. http://frutsel.terrainhost.com/frutsel....man.jpg Later that day, World War 3 started Waddya think? U like it? P.S: I just naturally assumed that killing citizens of the state would be a crime against it? Pardon... you really think in the 70s East german units looked like Russian grunts from WW2? Yes they even were armed with sticks and slingshots... Ok ok, not very hightech either but as a former GDR citizen i had to post it  Btw saw some GDR units a few days ago but the maker said im not allowed to show the pics in public

The-Architect 0 Posted April 13, 2004 Ok, here's an 11 pic series of combat pics. I'll do them a few at a time so as not to hijack a few pages all to myself. Please post between the pics so that it doesn't look like I'm being greedy. A patrol of British troops is heading up a small hill on the Malvinas island. One of the team is hit by small arms fire coming from the top of the hill. The Brits take any available cover and start to return fire.
The-Architect 0 Posted April 13, 2004 The Argentine troops hold their postion as they begin to take casualties. They use suppressing fire to pin the British down. However the British edge towards the Argentine positions. Here one British soldier prepares to call in air support.
The-Architect 0 Posted April 13, 2004 Soon after, a chopper is seen heading towards the area of the firefight. The Gazelle flies over the British position on an attack run. 68mm rockets slam into the Argentine formation.
