I am almost done the Bell 412 CH-146 Griffon. It will feature many scripts and a few variants including Cargo, Medic and Gunship. It will also include a new pilot model as well as an update to our Cpack weapons. We should have this done by the new year. Dismas is working on the scripts and cpp.

Yes they will be animated. Also the Cargo version will be able to dump ammo boxes either from the air or on the ground.

I will say there will be no variants from other countries, however, if a reputable mod would decide they want to reskin it to suit their needs I have no issue with it and would be happy to assist them wherever possible. Sharing is what this community is all about (although you wouldn't know it for certain mods out there) and I think it's important for mods to share things with no ridiculous demands. Anything released for free download is fair game anyway regardless of what's in the read me, for someone to say "don't modify this addon" is preposterous and childish. Let me give you an example;

"This addon is not to be altered or edited for any purpose without the express permission of the authors. Nor should it be distributed except in the form provided."

This doesnt fly. It is free download and no one has proprietary rights to any of it, even if they made it. I am sick and tired of people preventing others from modifying stuff with their nonsense. Anyway the point being anyone who wants to texture it in different colors is more then welcome to.

Rgr the Griffin replaced the Wessex at Akrotiri in the SAR role, and is in use as a training helicopter .

There may be a special JTF2 version but don't expect much as they would likely use regular stuff with no markings.
