Evishion 0 Posted October 6, 2003 hey, I have a little problem. I just installed BAS island and units. When I started the game, I just got a green screen who is VERY annoying. I tryed these metodes to try to fix it -Putted addons in OFP/addons -Putted addons in Res/addons -Maked MOD folder with 1.91 -Maked MOD folder with 1.92 And I still got green screen on all of'em. To me its like when I have very got very big addons like the bas island I get green screen. So I ask u all: If anyone know how to solve this problem or something. PLZZZ reply ( I cant wait to try it ) -DiabloTerror

Sole 0 Posted October 6, 2003 The final version of 1.92 should resolve the "green screen bug" that is caused by OFP being unable to memory map addons with new gfx cards (like the Radeon 9800) The GF FX5600 thread in this forum is about the green screen bug aswell (or at least last time I checked it )
Evishion 0 Posted October 6, 2003 yeah. I use 1.92 as MOD folder atm, but its still green screen
benu 1 Posted October 6, 2003 A player of mine had a similar problem today and could fix it by making his swapfile bigger. Have you tried the new command line parameter "-nomap"?
kevbaz 0 Posted October 6, 2003 i get his with my ati rad 9700 pro, its simply down to, 2 many addons, a work around is to ALT-TAB out then back in again and it carries on as normal
