dm 9 Posted September 21, 2003 About barriers - I thought about it, but it would be very random, and damn near impossible to get them to set up where you want them... About animations: I may add in some little extras in the next version I thought about doing a URAL, but then thought against it, the Bus and the Skoda Van will be enough for the Nogovan's transport needs No comment about Firetrucks, I may, I may not, depends how I feel at the time... I appreciate that you're excited, but take a minute or two to look at whats in the pack at the moment, and then base your ideas around that sort of thing. Your ideas for the Winter versions are excellent, and I will do my best to implement what I can of them, but the rest of them are just too modern/too "expensive" for what I want "my" Nogovan Police to be. And the police boat, would it be possible to have a version without the PK at the back ? Police boats have normally no machine guns on them ... Just an idea ... Anyway, nice addons, I like them ! Cpt. Bazikian-5thSFG- 0 Posted September 22, 2003 in regard to the Nogovan SWAT team, why not just have a regular Nogovan police officer armed with a MP5A4 with body armor and the russian helmet. Also you could add a black blaclava underneath the helmet to simulate the appearance of a SWAT unit, also you might consider modeling some sort of comminications device mounted on the SWAT unit, I would suggest a small handheld police radio that is holstered on the officer's belt, and with a microphone on the left shoulder of the officer with a cable comming from the microphone attached on the shoulder, to the handheld police radio. on a side note: I too would like to see some sort of police RHIB (Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat) with a mounted emergency blue lightbar and siren. And also consider updating the current NPD police boat without the PK and with a blue lightbar and siren included. Also, I have seen how the blue lightbars on police boats flash, it's a series of quick flashes. And the police boat sirens are not continuous but are sounded only when approaching nearby recreational boaters so that they would yeild to the appraching police vessel.
