I really don't know what its called but its like Kombat or something. It has 1 inch bulletproof glass and CAN be bought by the public. In some situations, sure, they could have really crap equipment. But sometimes I like to use my Resistance as a "third army". For example, the Resistance would be the small army of the islands, the Russians would be invading and the Americans lending assistance (to the Resistance).
