pong2cs 0 Posted March 21, 2003 Ok ok, so it's not an A-10, I admit that, but I did take the picture myself, using Kegetys' Hawk 1.0 (before 1.1) If you've seen it on some site, then they've most likely stolen it from me, as I have posted this picture lots of other places. KDog35 0 Posted March 21, 2003 Nice to see a thread here about the A-10. I the last 3 weeks I have practiced flying the A-10 and trying to master landing the thing. It's very hard to see the ground and line up my approach; anyone else here have any tips...? Mainly I use the map and come in straight as possible at 250-300 alt. After getting off the ground, it's pretty easy to fly, just stay above 120 speed. The A-10 is rarely used in online playing. I wish it was used more often; wouldn't mind becoming a specialized A-10 pilot in a online squad, but choppers is mainly it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Raining Mavvy death on top of human players sounds like fun! Sorry, I'm rambling like an idiot... Anyhoo... still a little offtopic... anyone know any maps that involve the A-10?
