Some malayans made some great Spaghetti Bolognese of it. And I think all people abroad think that in germany it´s all about beer, so someone of the Mod´s titled me that way. der bastler 0 Posted January 25, 2003 Hyenna = hyena? That would be "Hyäne". Beer is written "Bier" (german ie equals english ee). And it's "die Hyäne" (female), so a good hyena is a "Gute Hyäne". => "Gute Hyäne und Bier!" You would prefer "Hyäne mit ballistischem Weißbier!" (Do you want to throw the bottle? ) I think that's enough nitpicking. And don't remind me how most germans spell the th...

pzvg 0 Posted January 28, 2003 Before all you Euros get too judgmental, be advised that, A) they are acting silly, but have no bottles B) There is an equal ratio of females in that outfit C) They have a clean, well lit dayroom Which leads me to conclude, It's an Air Farce unit <as such, can be completely dismissed as relevant, there being no such thing as a "military" Air Force unit> P.S. Go Army!

Jinef 2 Posted January 30, 2003 I'm saying that whenever i talk to Americans they brag about how they won WW2 or how their military is the best or how they have so much food and healthcare - Most Americans i've met have a habit of telling me that it's better to be American. And then you see a picture of America's elite, and you think that maybe Americans are hiding behind all the bragging - hiding the true nature of America. Just my personal bias being spread pointlessly.

DracoPaladore 0 Posted January 31, 2003 Most likely. The media usually has two sides of a coin. They stick to one side until something happens, then they go on the other. Meaning that they could say a certain countries military is special and good-hearted, then when they see something like...lets say...the Somalia Incident with the Canadian Airborne, they usually then dig up all the dirt. I missed that in Mogadishu with the US troops that intentionally killed civilians or took their death into account when they shot with 3 dug in tanks into the city once a week. Never heard of a penalty on them.
Cloney 0 Posted January 31, 2003 If I am correct the Marines were in some pretty heavy shit in Mogadishu and they were getting shot up pretty regularly. Maybe they were shooting at gunmen holed up in a building. But then again, since they were Americans, they were most likely killing civilians on purpose. They were probably sitting in their turrets wondering what a 105mm HE Shell would do to a crowd of civilians. Then they drove back to base and raped some local women, becuase thats what Americans do these days right? I'm tired of Euros shitting on every deployment our troops ever make. Bosnia, we fuck up. Somalia, we fuck up. Afghanistan, we fuck up. Kuwait, We fuck up. I guess your boys don't do anything wrong. Oh well, I don't see your countries spearheading a peacekeeping effort with 21,000 of your Marines. I guess we just can't do anything right anymore.

Secondly Air Force enlisted wears rank on their sleeves, not on their collars. And Lasty Air Force personnel aren't that silly.
