What a damn brilliant mod - it's come a long way since I had last played, but with that said how do the sister of battle buffs work? Just thought i'd ask since I cannot find anything clear in regards to how they do work.

Hi, were glad your enjoying the mod!
When a unit spawns in as a Sister (SPAWNS IN cannot just wear her armor) they get an action added to their scroll wheel.
They activate it, once activated all nearby PLAYERS (not aI) get the following buffs for 30 seconds.
Speed increase, reduced weapon sway, refresh stamina, remove ACE pain and ACE broken limbs.

They also have a reply from the player characters.
