that's how it works all across the grobe with the financial mafia...

make a big debt you can't possibly pay back - mafia agrees to reduce debt or give loan if you privatize companies, natural ressources, etc (read: make it available for cheap to foreign corporations)...

Until everything is privatized, the country has no own ressources anymore and is basically powerless. Only job left to do is to keep the sponsored "democraty" parties in power.

Same pattern as in south america and many 3rd world countries.

Greece can´t be saved with the current strategy. The whole incoming wave of privatisations is just wrong!

One Example. Greece will be forced to sell 14 Airports that operate with a profit. The most likely buyer is Fraport, Germanys big Airport management company (Owns the ridiculously huge Frankfurt am Main Airport). The other over 20 airports that operate with losses will be left to Greece. 

This pattern is the same for all possible things, ports, water, electricity, infrastructure, etc.

How is Greece ever going to get out of problems when they are forced to sell everything that can make a profit?

I think Greece will be stripped clean of anything valuable and then thrown out of the Euro afterwards

^ Begging for handouts from the East and then doing a 180 on the policies that got you elected in the first place (after being flatly rejected by said Eastern countries) isn't a solution either though.

as i am on mobile in short @tonci the same done in Poland in 90s the same scenario that you prescribe, profit companies for penny sold abroad, the most honest would be nationalize all sold abroad without compensation and return to budget and than sell only worst, that what you prescribe is how nwo builds neo colonies and neo feudalism by in form of worldwide corporations from Germany Usa Uk France, the only way to have good economy in other countries is to keep industry and banks in national hands but neo colonizators call it nazi in mainstream propaganda, what you write bout Greece is Poland in 1990s, now majority of problems of my country is because of few western corporations which later use media to misinform all and fight patriots in colonized countries than profits are transfered abroad without tax, only Orban taxed int. corporations when it comes to non top rich countries which those corporations are from, than USoE and few guys own all, but now prosperity of few rich countries comes from poverty in colonized ones, thus media brainwash about "nationalism" because some rich would not be that rich ( profits transfer and tax issues)

 "EU controls all , they control shape of banana, they control number of pigs in our farms, don't tell me they didn't know about Greek fake spending of bilions"   

indeed , first i was believing "yea, southerners are lazy cause there is hot, they  cheated others, Greek spend fake money and cheated others" but right, EU inspectors control many areas, my woman is farmer, she had to cut cows cause from EU there came limit on production, so if EU knows how much pigs and cows my woman has than... how could they not know what Greece is doing with bilions of money ?

yes, problem you prescribe is very well know schema in Poland, 

first some western corporations gave bribes to some politicians, than state-owned profit-making companies were sold for penny, 

western corporations suck profit, profit without taxes is transferred abroad, later... German, British, French worker has better conditions cause corporation in his home country treats him better, because corporation has money from my country

 

it is calculated that PROFITS flow from my country is like 20 bilions Euro per year now, earlier 10 bilions

now compare it with sume that Poland "get" for being in EU ? 4-6  years of profts 

 

it works following, we are 36 milion consumers market, 

almost all industry belong to abroad = so if i buy freezer, washing machine, boots, i buy German, French, British (or made in China by those corporations)

almost all shops in big city is abroad markets  = so i can buy in Auchan, Carefour, Lidl, Tesco, 

almost all enegry sector is bought = which means to German freezer and to German AEG washing machine i have electricity from RWE, Tauron etc. 

guess where i can take credit ? Credit Agricole, Deutche Bank, 

which means i work to buy their products 

income for selling those products without tax goes to France, Germany, UK, etc. etc. etc.

and all that generates loss is left , than profits are not generated but new DEBT is generated, than for this DEBT someone takes another island, land, forest
