I have created what I see as the ultimate template for a more modern and modded ArmA 3 game. The idea behind these missions is to set up a whole bunch of default parameters quickly and easily at the beginning of the game. That way Game Masters don't have to spend so much time setting up difficulties, spawn points, ammo boxes etc. Zeus / MCC missions can begin as quickly and as easily as possible. It is still worth Game Masters to quickly review the Mission Settings in MCC before the game begins, but they are set to how my group mostly plays and enjoys with minimal UI interference and a challenging but not over powering GAIA difficulty setting.If you use Master Altis, Stratis or any other Zeus Template or the MCC Templates these missions are not to be let pass by. Exclusive compatibility with the Tactical Maps Advanced missions featuring advanced settings for medical, wounding, ballistics, explosives, wind, lock picking, vehicle repair etc. Roles are locked at lobby selection. I'm going to work on getting the missions working with ACE 3, Task Force Radio and MCC 4 Sandbox as optional mods for the missions instead of having them as mandatory. Obviously some of the functionality from the mission will be missing for those who chose not to run the recommended mods, but for those people who don't want to run them or want to run alternatives like ACRE2 instead of Task Force Radio they will be able to do so. But that is work in progress right now I'll see if I can get them working with those mods as optional and still keep the full functionality of vision for the ZGM. rekkless 240 Posted July 9, 2015 So I've been working on removing dependencies it seems a little more complicated than I had once anticipated. But I am determined to get something sorted to be able to remove the dependancy on ACE and TFAR. In the mean time I tweaked pretty much all the missions, added in Explosive Specialists from the latest RHS Update so now Explosive specialists get bonuses when interacting with explosives which makes their roll necessary. I have almost finished creating Tactical Advanced missions which is a separate set of missions that incorporate Advanced Medical and Advanced Ballistics from ACE 3. Opfor and Independant Forces Added to Tactical Fallujah, Full forces added to Tactical Fallujah with 81 slots now like all the other missions. I'm still working on a solution for having ACE 3 and TFAR optional with keeping the settings required for those running the full mod set. But their full settings are still supported mentioned under the mission description. - Full ACRE 2 Support now currently running default settings. - Minor MCC AI Tweaks from 1.04. rekkless 240 Posted August 5, 2015 So while some might consider it too soon for an update, I've completely made a new Tactical Australia map and included and Tactical Australia Advanced mission which incorporates the advanced ACE 3 medical system and advanced ballistics. Also I'm not sure why it took me so long but I've made a Tactical Bornholm and Tactical Bornholm Advanced Mission. They all appear to be working fine but I want to double check first with this error Yomato26 is speaking of, so if I can replicate it and sort it I will then release the update.So with these two extra maps and 3 extra missions it will put the Tactical Map Pack up to 46 Missions spanning 23 maps, which is pretty cool.I am getting an error on Tactical Bornholm that seems to be related to RHS Escalation with their US Marines, it is a mod based error so I'm sure the developers of RHS are aware of it and will fix the error in the next RHS update.But like I said if I can replicate the error or at least be sure the error has been sorted with this new Tactical Australia mission I will then release it.For those groups and people not running Australia or Bornholm there will unlikely be any updates to the other missions in the pack so if you want to keep Tactical Map Pack 1.05 then by all means you can.Also if anyone has any map requests please let me know.I've taken a look at the following maps and decided against spending the time developing a mission based on the fact the maps are so work in progress: Atlantis Chernobyl Zone Wake IslandDiego Garcia EssekerHindu Kush IslandNone of them with the slight exception of Esseker really seemed like they were worth making a mission for. But if anyone really wants one I can make it pretty easily and release it in a future release. Just keeps scrolling "Mission Tactical Australia read from bank." This is on the dedicated server console. I read your email, it looks like you aren't running ACE 3 or TaskForce Radio (Which you do not need to run to play the mission) but if you aren't running ACE 3 and want the save gear on respawn feature to work you have to manually turn it on in MCC.For the mission by default we use the save gear feature in ACE 3 as it works a fair bit better than the MCC version. So by default the MCC version is turned off.You can enable the MCC Save Gear feature in the MCC control interface by pressing CTRL+Delete and logging in to the MCC Console you will see Save Gear as part of the mission settings. Getting an error probably because AiA not loaded. The page does not list it as required.
