Look what i found

Notice also how the Kevlar helmet is actually a realistic size and shape now. However it looks like they used Capt. Moore's (aka-Adammo) FBI unit addon as a template. The bad thing about this is that Moore's FBI addon had these huge gloved hands that didn't hold the rifles properly (the rifle is usually floating above their hands). Hopefully they'll fix that. But other then that these new units look great and their SAW looks MUCH more realistic I think then the Taiwan Workshop M249 SAW's which I thought were waaaay too bulky looking.

their SAW is TINY! i mean the legs of the bipod are like the length of my finger and i swear if he stuck his tongue, out it would dwarf the ammo belt

Was it supposed to be? All i said was the bipod was tiny and the rounds on the belt looked to me if they couldnt have been more than like 5cm long, hence if the soldier lying down stuck his tounge out it would have dwarfed the ammo belt. Why is that funny? or not as the case seems to be.

please explain what i did wrong.

btw. quakergamer your ones looks fantastic.

Which SAW are you talking about?  The one in the Operation Code Blue MOD looks very realistic.  The M249 SAW in real life is not a huge weapon.  The one in the Taiwan Workshop pack was way too big.  The OCB one is pretty much the size of the real thing and yes the ammo on the real thing is fairly small as well as it shoots 5.56mm ammo same as the M16.  I used to be a SAW gunner and one of the things I liked about the SAW was how compact and lightweight it was.  Also the bipod on it is telescopic meaning that it's very short when not fully extended. The length of the bipod just depends on the position and terrain from which you are firing it from.

Quakergamer,

I respect you, but, why don't you post this in your OWN post instead of leeching off other people's post and defacing other people's MODs and their work? confused.gif Thanks!

Nope, sorry...we didn't. The textures were made by MethodMan, and model was made by Cpt. Moore, and BIS (original models) biggrin.gif . So how can the models be f*** up? confused.gif

I thought that the textures looked fairly realistic on Quakergamer's m249 except for the front handguard which looks very unrealistic. Other then that it looks good to me.

Plus it's not a biggie as there are tons of different modifications that have been done to the M249 with different types of handguards, pistol grips, sites, ect...

Look at him - Looks like his in a fatsuit...! and the textures doesnt fit the model. - And the textures look almost exactly like the GR: DS Rifleman, except the legs looks like they are taken from the Support
