iNeo 0 Posted September 30, 2002 I'd like to hear some opinions here, what equipment reduces stress at work? Things to organize your work better, music? Etc. Should have a relaxing effect without lower your work performance. Have a school project thing, that's why I'm asking you people who perhaps know something good about this
ralphwiggum 6 Posted September 30, 2002 chairs: needs to be confortable, but not too much. desks: proprer height keyborads and monitors: those wrist supporting ones are a good idea. music: none(workers can use their PC to listen to them personally) a cup of water
Die Alive 0 Posted September 30, 2002 I have a sofa in my office, that helps me relax a lot. I don't usually listen to music in my office, mostly all sports talk radio most of the day. Oh, and I use my own lamps to light my office, none of these crappy industrial lights that cause head aches, and I use soft color light bulbs that give a more relaxing feel to my office. And if you have plants or flowers, they help the office smell better. One person here has like 40 flowers in her office, it's so nice in there, the air is so much cleaner. -=Die Alive=-

Cloney 0 Posted September 30, 2002 I was gonna say a Clothing Magazine and some handcream? Seriously, I like to have my room dimly lit, play some soft music and talk to people on the phone or online. It really helps relax me and helps me go to sleep.

Major Fubar 0 Posted October 1, 2002 Real Doll..so...real... Strangely enough, I don't relax much, usually do things like pump weight or listen to metal music, which kind-of un-relax me. Hmm, but I do enjoy beer...
WhoCares 0 Posted October 1, 2002 Today it's U2 in my CD-Player at the desk. Chairs can never be too comfortable - right now I lay back at an angle from legs to body of ~140 degree The best is to change positions from time to time, definatly not always upright. I scream, when my colleagues turn on the wrong light, right above me! Usually they will turn it off and use the one on the opposite side. I prefer smooth indirect light.
