Mod update:

RHS is not in as it's lacking special forces.

CAF Aggressors are out.

Massis Russians are out.

Suddens Russians are in as they look closest to the Russian forces I'm seeing in Ukraine and provides a number of reskinned vehicles.

Massis Spec Ops are in which will cover Ghosts and Alpine Spec Ops characters.

If you are curious enough to have a good look inside addons. You can see that there are SF ;)

But either way, Massi's Ghosts look right and he also has the alpine camo which i plan to use in several missions.

Small update:

Second cut of the trailer produced and my video maker is a freakin genius, third cut in progress following review.

Some mission brief re- editing.

Some VAS box editing to get the right munitions in (no you won't have the never ending box loading). :)

Work on mission 4 is underway and now that I've tidied up all of the scripts and units for use in this campaign, the missions should roll out quite quickly.

i've been debating in my mind about the numbers that i should be looking at for this coop campaign - at the moment it set for 2 x 8 man squads but i wonder if it's too few/too many.

would be interested in ppl's view on this.

It depends on enemy quantity and skill... if they´re up against a whole ruskie batallion, even 2x8 is too little, but if you don´t set their skill too high, a 3 vs 1 proportion is manageable, but then again, too much AI could cause excessive lag, unless you use area spawn methods (enemies just spawn whenever paleyers are within contact area) =)

Anxious to see the winter/snowy missions

I recommend on 12 - two teams of 6. But in any case, don't go above 14 or below 8. This will keep the missions playable in most medium sized communities.
