Driver using "invisible" breaks pedal?

In some vehicles, the driver's legs move when you accelerate or breake. This is a nice feature but I think it uses the wrong animation

Look at the Hunter's driver seat - It has only 2 pedals (it's not a manual car) the driver uses his left leg to break, hitting a non existing pedal.

Yes. It's not even used in every vehicle (so why is it in the game at all?). It's the wrong animation and it should be used in helicopters/planes instead.
