MARSOF V2.13 available.

- Fixed all characters.

- Reverted to MARSOF weapons packages, added bipods to Marksman and Assault rifle units.

- Removed Nightvision goggles from backpacks.

- Fixed CH47 Multiple issue's.

- Added enhaced flight charastaristics.

- etc etc...

Nice glad to see this mod still being developed. Keep up the great work!

Yeah.. well..

I had a long pause from the armaverse..

A couple of days ago i started wondering how the marksman DLC was coming along, not to forget about the "Make Arma Not War" Contest winners.

Wich amazed me how Mind blowing their modifications/Campaigns/etc became, they realy deserve to be number 1, 2 and third spot.

I asked myself if my own units would still fire up, but they did not.

And i desided to fix atleast the issue's submitted by u guys and see wat i could add from the Heli's and marsman DLC.

No content will be added other than maybe a sniper team back in to the mod anytime soon.

My graphics adapter exploded a couple of months ago :) so had to revert to an older one that was still collecting dust on the shelf .

Whenever I try to run this mod with no other mods active, I get a fatal error saying 'Cannot open file '*location of the mod*' ...addons/marsof_nl_cfg'. Any idea on how to solve this?

Hi Bullsh,

 

Could u tell me where u downloaded the mod ?

 

Have u checked the phisical location where u installed the mod ? (are u sure the addons folder is inside the MARSOF V2.14 folder)

 

i have checked two of three download locations to see if they are broken but they load just fine.

 

Steam link is working as intended, so is the Armaholic download link.

It's easily fixed.Just rename the mod so it has an @ at the start-it won't be recognized with an @ at the start.

I downloaded the mod using PWS. The location of the file is: D:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\modsaaa\@marsof\addons .

HOWEVER, I just noticed there is no file called marsof_nl_cfg inside the addons folder. Could this be the issue or is it included inside the .pbo?

 

EDIT: A miracle has happened: Without me changing anything, it started to work as it should. I would just like to point out that the AT gunners have not only unlimited ammunition but also rapid-fire abilities. Now, this is definitely the most awesome feature I've seen in any mod so far, so please don't delete it! I would just like to mention that to everybody haha.

Was the AT gunner standing right next to the ammobox ?

 

Nope, I had merely spawned a full squad in the editor and switched to the AT gunner. That is all.

this is marsof and korps marines, not the entire Nato units addon :)

i only kept the Woodland and 3 color desert camouflage types.

it got a bit overwhelming to maintain it all.

but i still have them on my HDD so maybe some day i will make something else out of it.
