Mattar_Tharkari 10 Posted August 22, 2013 ArmA is however you use it. Its both a game and sim based on context. Semantics.Tornado: *THIS IS CLASSIFIED* That's the best Arma 3 video yet - thanks!
On_Sabbatical 11 Posted August 22, 2013 No, ArmA3 does not match the flight model nor controls of a dedicated flight sim. ArmA3 is an infantry focused military sandbox. Euuuh, since when ? even though arma still poor also when it comes to infantry (but that's another topic) @LairenyX No,arma is still light-years away from what any flying simulator does ! Von Quest 1163 Posted August 22, 2013 No,arma is still light-years away from what any flying simulator does ! Light years is a bit heavy handed. I LOVE the Su-25T Frogfoot! Great jet. I was playing DCS when I found ArmA. I have hundreds of hours of flight time logged in that Su-25. He missed a zillion steps and procedures in that video though...
danielrocha2015 12 Posted November 21, 2014 Leveraging the topic I would ask a question: To fly jets into "open world" you must be online or offline can be done?
babylonjoke 22 Posted November 21, 2014 Leveraging the topic I would ask a question: To fly jets into "open world" you must be online or offline can be done? There's an editor where you can use pretty much any asset in the game, so yeah you can fly offline as well
