Script to remove 40mm on a AAV

Im creating a mission in which I would like to remove the 40mm cannon on the AAV.

Is this possible? And if so, how do I remove it?

Few days ago we had almost the same question here about removing ammo. ;)

Check commands:

removemagazineturret and addmagazineturret. More info you will find on bi wiki.

If you want to have an AAV without its grenade launcher at Mission start, simply write this into the AAVs Init-Line

this removeWeapon "MK19"; this removeMagazine "48Rnd_40mm_MK19";

I do not know how many Magazines are in one AAV for its 40mm. RemoveMagazine will only remove one, so you´ll have to write it as many times as there are Magazines.

Removes all ammo of the specified type for the main turret.
