shernt250 0 Posted July 20, 2002 LOL, a sidewinder? No offence but I never heard of a sidwinder on helos, only on airplanes. LOL y not put a stinger missile launcher on each wing? U dont have to show the missile only the tube launcher. All u have to do is show a missile come out of the tube when you launch the stinger. Any ways this is my input. And good luck! Hope to download soon!
Jester983 0 Posted July 20, 2002 Good work guys keep it up! One question though, are you going to put the MARINES lettering on it somewhere?

Eviscerator 0 Posted July 21, 2002 and now thanks to a very nice man who shall not be named (fliper) we now know how to add the hud details found in the AH-1 in the game...
Lansen 0 Posted July 21, 2002 Is it possible to make moore advanced flight behaviours for helicopters in OFP? (OFP:r?) In real life you can loop, roll and spin with most of the modern helicopters. Especially the military ones. Also the tail rotor should have a little moore control in high speed plus that when you tilt the chopper using the stick it shouldnt turn like it does in OFP. These are some things I ahve ben thinking of since the day I bought OFPcc, it would be very nice indeed if you could solve this good luck guys

VXR 9 Posted July 21, 2002 i have black letters on it now they are hard to see but the ones on this photos also This Photo
Jester983 0 Posted July 21, 2002 Well, from looking at some pics i see you're right. It is hard to see the lettering. Its your call. I just thought it would be neat to have on there even if you really cant see it all that well.
Benze 0 Posted July 22, 2002 You mean the Cobra can use wingtip sidewinders? Sweet. How many mavericks can it carry? A chopper defending itself from other choppers and aircraft from 5 miles out. The ah1w/z is better than the apache.
Eviscerator 0 Posted July 22, 2002 the us marine corp had to decide between the apache and the AH-1W and the AH-1W won, unfortunately ofp only supports one type of detachable missile per vehicle so we wont be able to have hellfires and sidewinders for instance although for the HellFire/Maverick versions if we make some we could use stingers i suppose as they are tube launched
VXR 9 Posted July 25, 2002 Sidewinder - works nose gun - works FFAR with new sounds - works blades and muzzle bug - fixed cockpit skin/model - working on it and thats the progress people
Paratrooper 0 Posted July 26, 2002 Can we have a pic of the new Cobra next to the old one? Thanks.
