We have an infantry platoon and an air wing in the unit and are pretty calm with new people even if you don't have a lot of experience in Arma, we can always help you in that regard. The unit is made up as a SFSG (special forces support group) that conducts off the books operations that the regular army would not conduct. We have a command structure that is followed in ops for the best milsim experience but organisation is one of our focuses.
