Just curious. Iv had both ears done since i was 10, and iv been moving up in gauges lately. Costs a ton of money though

Yep. That's one of the reasons i've never pierced.

It grows back over time, because your body still considers it a wound. A friend\aquaintance of mine had 1/2 gauge or 1 gauge jewelry in both ears, and he said the size of the holes still fluctuate considerably.

It might not completely, but they do go down a bunch if you dont have any jewelry in them.

Used to have my ears, but I had to take them out all the time for sports and I kept losing them, so I gave up. I've moved onto tattoos now I've got 1 and many more are planned, money is a problem though, tattoos cost even more than piercings.

I also have a tattoo on my left shoulder.

My g/f is a little crazier, she has several in both ears, nose stud, tounge , navel, and a tatoo on the small of her back.

I had my right ear pierced when I was 15 or something. It has grown together a long time ago. I generally don't like piercing, especially not on girls.

Really? A nice nose stud (tiny little ball or stone) that is barely visible can look good, as well as a nice navel ring. Now a tongue piercing may not be asthedically pleasing ( I don't think they look bad), it is pleasing in many other ways

I had three piercings on my arm. Yes, on my arm. They formed a pattern of six steel pearls like this -> :::  

But they started to grow out so I had to take 'em off. Too bad I didn't take a photo while I still had them.

I would like to have some implants under my skin some day.

It's kinda ironic that everyone has piercings these days, and in trying to get away from the norm they are actually conforming to it by getting piercings

It seems like every girl around has a tongue stud and their navel pierced. It's just so cliche yknowww

another thing I have been seeing a lot lately is purple hair. It is like branding sheep, yknow, labelling yourself as part of the crowd

personally i dont have any piercings but im thinkin about getting a tattoo I want to get a goat skull, yknow with the big horns on one of my biceps, but i gotta get buff first

It's very easy to undo. It leaves small scars though (just a tiny dot or two depending where the piercing has been).

You lucky sod, I love girls with tattoos and piercings (as long as it's not a ridiculous amount).

Me, I used to have one ear pierced. I've also got one tat (about 11 years ago now). I want more, but I just don't know what I really want. The first one was a Danzig skull logo...I'm thinking about getting an Alien on one shoulder and a Predator on the other...got a few friends who are tattooists, so getting them done well shouldn't be a problem.

I remember one Andrew Dice Clay standup thing he did a take on guys that are pierced.  Went something like this:

"And what's the deal with these guys with one earing, what does that mean, you're only half a fag?"

LoL, classic.

I think in the future, the trend is gonna be amputations.  It'll start off with a finger finger, then 2 fingers, then maybe a thumb, then a whole hand, then an arm up to the elbow, then a whole arm.  It takes one idiot to start a trend, but it a whole generation to follow it.  Jesus started it all by getting his hands and feet pierced
