dale0404 5 Posted December 24, 2011 (edited) I got the same problem as this thread: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?t=129101 Apart from I do not have the Steam version. I installed the patch and it threw up some errors which I ignored. I then installed the patch a second time without any errors. I tried to get into servers before I installed the patch a second time and also after it was installed for the second time. Still no joy. Anyone with any ideas and please do not tell to do a full reinstall!! Please!!! :o Edited December 24, 2011 by dale0404 Changed title.

dale0404 5 Posted December 24, 2011 Took that out but still getting kicked from every server. Probably need a reinstall, which is kinda annoying but no real biggie. :)
g_rider 10 Posted December 25, 2011 I can't join any servers. All servers kick me. I have steam version of Arma 2, OA, BAF, and PMC. I've re-validated after it being said that fixed it in another thread. Still being kicked. If I change the BAF folder name I can join servers as someone suggested. .kju 3245 Posted December 25, 2011 a) please post your rpt http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/arma.RPT b) hash list of the arma folder would be useful too http://code.kliu.org/hashcheck/
BlueWolf 1 Posted December 28, 2011 (edited) right click arma2 shortcut on your desktop > choose properties> then add -showScriptErrors to your target box. this is how mine looks: Target: "C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2 Free\arma2free.exe" "-name=SomeGuy" -nosplash -winxp -world=Utes -showScriptErrors -maxMem=2047 -cpuCount=2 sometimes it helps to know what script errors you are getting so you can report it to the server admin whoever owns the server maybe running screwy mods. also flush out your multiplayer mission cache folder: C:\Users\"yourusername"\AppData\Local\ArmA 2 Free\MPMissionsCache Edited December 28, 2011 by BlueWolf
dale0404 5 Posted February 3, 2012 Got to bring this topic back unfortunately. I still cannot connect to any servers. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Arma2, OA, BAF and PMC but still no joy. dale0404 5 Posted March 31, 2012 I found a solution.... I brought the game off Steam. No matter what I did (short of wiping my hard disk) I kept getting the same error, couldn't connect to any server. "You were kicked off the game", damn I hate that phrase!!! I am annoyed that I had to spend £25 to play the game but on the plus side hopefully there will not be any more issues with joining mp games. 1 last question though. I have brought BAF and PMC from Sprocket. Can I install these DLC's and will they run with the Steam version? Cheers Dale

I just bought Arma II: CO off of steam and I can join a server and it'll load up but then take me back to the server screen with no message! How do I fix this?
