mrcash2009 0 Posted October 22, 2011 (edited) Seems to me there's nothing going on, people are just going about their merry way while this guy is there yelling with a ton of cameras filming him.Media talking heads? Leaders Speaking? Voting Rally's?So he's a bad marine and protester "type" becuase he blocked the road? Cars do it all day long. BTW I thought you loved places where camera's are filming, how else could you cherry pick your idiots? ;) He had a point, and that was to show that the toy-town riot cops overly heavy handed ways in comparison to REAL threat issues are being used as if it was the same/similar issue or situation in their response to it, and he did it well enough. Hans Ludwig 0 Posted October 22, 2011 Thats one of the things i simply cannot get my head around with the USA. How can you give tax breaks to those who earn more in a minute than your average joe does in a year? Then you don't understand the United States, which was founded on freedom, small government and being able to keep all the fruits of your labor, no matter of your social standing. If you made $14.00 an hour like I do, had over $100 taken out for Social Security and the federal government, you wouldn't be so warm to the idea of paying taxes. The Boston Tea Party was a direct action by colonists in Boston, a town in the British colony of Massachusetts, against the British government and the monopolistic East India Company that controlled all the tea imported into the colonies. On December 16, 1773, after officials in Boston refused to return three shiploads of taxed tea to Britain, a group of colonists boarded the ships and destroyed the tea by throwing it into Boston Harbor. The incident remains an iconic event of American history, and other political protests often refer to it.

If you are example of how bad US education is at teaching math then it is no wonder America has to import educated people from the rest of the world. Since when has an hourly rate of $14.00 an hour been the equivalent per minute of the average hourly US wage rate? Can you actually count to 100? The irony is too funny. Two more examples of people who cannot count? Or just two more examples of people incapable of making any form of educated or logical argument? Still evolution deals with the terminally stupid as Gaddafi found out. Walker
Minutemen 10 Posted October 22, 2011 Man, your most times so far away from reality it would take to much time to explain why. And i don't waste time for that quote-on-quote bickering. Hans Ludwig 0 Posted October 22, 2011 (edited) Since when has an hourly rate of $14.00 an hour been the equivalent per minute of the average hourly US wage rate? Please quote me where I said that my hourly wage is equivalent to the average hourly US wage? But if you want to get technical, there are parts of the country where my hourly wage is the median. Macadam Cow 1 Posted October 22, 2011 Meanwhile i see lot of protests going on in other countrys and most time, their slogans are in english. Whats about that? Thats not very down to their own people. Maybe because the american medias only pick up the slogans in english ? Or maybe because you type english words in google ? If you type "indignés" you'll find a lot of slogans in french Type "indignados" and you'll find a lot of slogans in spanish and so on...
