StarCraft and CoD will always dominate over games like this. And perhaps, Thats a good thing. Should stop BIS getting in over their heads a bit too much. ;)

Starcraft is a good game tho. But on the COD part Infinity Ward made good games for PC and sold well but along came PS3 and 360 and Activision so they made a decent game that they knew would sell well to the masses. In music terms its selling out but to Inifinity Ward and their "fans " its hitting the bigtime. IW hired a lot of people from the modding community and they still work there.

This creates a conundrum should BIS go all x factor and appeal to the masses and make a billion or stay with a dying format and hope to get by. The conundrum works both ways does the arma community want the game to go mainstream thus losing its "coolness" and bringing in the xbox "your a fag" style gamer.

For Bis its a Lose/Win situation, for the community its a lose/lose.
