Ulanthorn 10 Posted November 18, 2010 road to first antimatter bomb is just question of time now ;)Don't think so negative, were more on the way to matter/anti matter reactors and warp drive ;)What's the optimum mixture level for matter-anti matter reaction? soul_assassin 1750 Posted November 18, 2010 ok ok new theory :) : "We have known about antimatter for quite a while now. We also know that laws of physics are the same on matter and antimatter and that in theory it is quite impossible to say why exactly is our universe made out of one and not the other (even though both exist) provided that theoretically an equal amount of both would have had to be created at the creation of the universe. We know that they cannot coexist. On a second note, the idea of multiple universes has also floated around for quite some time. Here's my theory: there were indeed equal amounts of matter and antimatter created at the big bang creating two separate yet identical (this is necessary for equillibrium) parallel universes. When scientists create antimatter, they are simply exchanging it for matter which is at the same time received in the antimatter universe, creating a sort of a inter dimensional worm hole. Perhaps, just perhaps when they manage to capture enough antimatter for a substantial amount of time, the scientists would see their own reflections staring back at them upon closer examination." thomas c 0 Posted November 19, 2010 It will be Interesting to see how much words like reflections, parallel and equillibrium come up,food for thought. And the fact that this imaginative theory becomes real.
