Squad XML issue - armedassault.eu

Our clan (yea 4 guys) have our Squad.XML hosted from www.armedassault.eu

All 4 of us had the squad.xml working but suddenly, 2 of us get this error in game, "cannot load texture \." error message.

Our squad logo doesn't show just a white or black box.

I have posted the issue in the forums at armedassault.eu and noone has responded.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

What does YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary)?

I don't know how to host the Squad.XML myself that is why I went to armedassault.eu

It was working at it just stopped about 2 weeks ago.

I understand but if half of you are working now I would start checking to make sure that the link address matches exactly up (caps, etc.) to the name for the others... maybe they reinstalled, retyped, etc.

I tried checking that but for some reason you cannot log into their website.

Bumping this thread because I met this problem myself yet there were no solution anywhere to be found. Either way what I noticed:

It is very important to have proper squad name in

<squad nick="mysquad">

If you have

<squad nick="/mysquad/">

or

<squad nick="">

or

<squad nick=" ">

It will start throwing "cannot load texture \." error.

This can occur when a player is using a custom profile path and the squad logo is a .paa file

I understand that using a jpeg can fix this
