Mission makers, what do you miss in the BI maps?

The maps should be much bigger, it is all too concentrated, especially at the Takistan Map.

I want more lonely villages, long dusty roads ect.

Its hard to find good spots for small scenarios if there is a big village or a airfield everywhere...

Agreed, another point I forgot. In Takistan and Chernarus, you literally trip over villages everywhere you look. Some great expanses between settlements would be good. Also please add even a simple runway as far as possible from the rest of the map.

Would be nice if aircraft actually have a time of arrival other than once the gear are raised. :p

I doubt caves would work very well. It would be cool, but not really practical.

Well, here is a tip, you wont find it in anything arrowhead, but since you asked I'd like to see an actual urban map. Yea I know that's not going to happen, but you did ask.

digital, a river nice but that map looks like Europe.

As for a sea fatty86, most that happen in Basra seas was a few Royal Marines joy riding boats catching oil tankers.

I want scenes that match the real world conflict.

I'm aware, but I still like large water areas for placing the LHD and basing helicopters/aircraft there.

I personally, would like to see caves. VBS2 managed to achieve this by making a custom cave object, complete with pathways for the AI, who handled caves surprisingly well. In order to make the caves provide the illusion of "cutting into" the mountain, you'd make a dent/crater in the mountainside and place the cave object there.

You'd have to make your own custom object though...
