Can an addAction command trigger a URL to be opened up in a web browser

Is it possible to use addAction to open up a URL in a web browser i.e. minimize Arma 3 and open up the browser and navigate to the URL specified? For like server forums, terms and conditions, news, teamspeak details, etc? Thanks -

Hi guys, I am running a linux dedicated server running a couple ArmA3 servers and it is working beautifully. Thanks guys for all the help, I followed the documentation to the T on the dedicated server setup page. I will be releasing a few mods I have made specifically for linux in the next couple of weeks, the main one being map/player persistence for A3Wasteland.
