  1. Sooo many expectations...i hope we can satisfy all of them when this beauty will be released :756:
  2. u mean putting down a house hit esc and try to go in? it´s the same with ladders.. will work when exported.
  3. Progress :D
  4. Little bit bigger then "medium"..it´s more like a bigger village.. u will see a bit more of the size on the upcoming screenshots. Need to go into Detail work now...placing Vegetation, misc objects and stuff like this.. atm this Project has a size of 8000 objects. so what u see there is the way i do cites. buildings first then walls and stuff like this then continue to the details
  5. I told u to post some shots when my project will be finished but i thought it would be interesting to see a before after...so for now i will post some of the "before - in progress" shots :) next will be "after-nearly done" images...stay tuned guys :218:

    Western Terrain.

that is the biggest issue in the armaverse...good! and enterable buildings are so rare because of the complexicity of the whole building modelling stuff... so i´m sorry i don´t know any good ones except the guys u listed above with there theme based packs.. but maybe on of the guys here will be the next modelling guru..who knows...^^

    Western Terrain.

good idea but i think u will need to wait for arma 5 till a urban map of 25km² will be playable.. and u need some good modellers to get proper urban buildings.
  8. will post some screens when i finished the project i´m currently working on. work on this map never stops :P
  9. Awesome quality...! Keep going mate :D
  10. eh chaser, on 25 Dec 2015 - 21:29, said: "Low shadow setting does that, you have to increase it." it is not about the shadows..it´s about the new high and architecture of the building itself as u might have a look to the sidewalks etc...
  11. let´s see what the detail work will bring to the daylight. But atm there are no plans to add ponds
  12. the alignment is the problem as well as the new textures/structures on the first floor in this exemple. these panelak houses are already imported objects so i think this will happen on every map with these kind of buildings. ignore the xcam part in these screenshots i was using it just to make the 2 pictures :P
  13. Sure...and because no one wants a release in the next decade we could add bavaria and austria too... :681: you guys have to handle with a map without water..i mean...its arma 3...water would be annoying, istn´t it? :D :D Thank u, Merry Xmas too :)
  14. CUP AiA a little criticism from me to the CUP devs.. u wrote there is no need to change something on maps or missions...BUT something like this seems to me like a big step backwards... do u guys have any plans to "fix" this incompatibility? regards
  15. Nope..there will be no rivers at all on Taunus because there is no river in RL too ;-)
  16. asking for eta delays eta for 2 months ... current eta: when its done + 4 months... serious guys...we do our best to bring in a high quality map to the ARMAverse...we work as hard and fast as we can...but u know...quality takes time. So please be patient and wait till it comes out. Happy Xmas :803: Chaser
  17. just make a mp mission with it... we use XCam mostly like this.. Chaser
  18. Calm down guys...we all do this for our personal fun factor... there are absolutely no reasons to argue about opinions... @HammerShield: As i know u can either use CUP or AiA both should be working. But it makes no sense to start placing objects with AiA and then switch to CUP. Also there is no "final" version of CUP so far Take ure time till it comes out and the CUP guys told everyone that it will be working all the way down with AiA. have a nice day regards Chaser
  19. please don´t ! :D
  20. as said before we will make a hd and a low quality version. lets see how it works when it is finished. BUT it will be a map with a little more pvp then pve possibilities.
  21. Looks outstanding mate... :218:
  22. Nice work...keep it up! :) :)
  23. Of course it is meant to be played :D We try to find the best compromise in terms of details vs. playability.
  24. little sneak peak :292:
