Karts Timer Module Tutorial?

Has anyone made a tutorial for the new modules for the Kart DLC, I have made a mission with several tracks but I want to be able to have the timer stuff on each track. I have looked at some missions others have made but the Timer/ Way-points seem to be heavily tied to init.sqf, since I have many tracks on the one mission I would like to have the timer run for each track separately, I have tried to use the modules but to no avail I also searched around but was unable to find a tutorial. So if someone skilled in the Arts of the Editor could make a simple tutorial that would be greatly appreciated. -

I'm pretty happy I get more FPS in ArmA 3 then I did in A2 with the same PC, and considering A3 looks much better and has a much larger map i would say that is pretty good.

They can't just release the mission pbo's because then people with the free version will have access to the locked challenges. -
The thing is that free Kart drivers only get access to one of the challenge so releasing the mission would negate that restriction the free cart driver could just use the shared version from editor.

You can find it the ArmA 3 steam directory in the Karts folder,normally those files would be .pbo's you could extract the entire mission into the editor if you liked but for Karts they are .EBO's which are encrpyted versions of PBO's so you can't open them unless you're BI. You can however play that the mission with MCC running then "Save All" the mission in MCC to get a mission.sqm of the mission with the track and triggers. While this does give a little in-site into how BIS done it they do not work because you only have the mission.sqm and not any other init.sqf or decription.ext related code. -

It doesn't work because your TS server has to be white listed to run the closed alpha version. -
Do these have the Timers or Check points? I built some Kart tracks on the airfield but don't know how to use the timer modules.

I was just looking for the Pbo's now and found these .ebo files, Sad I wanted to look at the BIS made challenge missions for Karts.

In Australia pretty much all of them, Most AAA games on Steam are $80 but you can get them for like $50-$60 from other online retailers. All in All for the price of ArmA 3 and the continued development it is a absolute bargain.

Could you make it so we can modify values for some of the systems, maybe with editor modules. I would like to make it extremely hard to people to die in the med system, but keep wounding levels the same. So they can be injured easily enough but only things like being in a vehicle explosion or shot in the chest by a 50cal would outright kill. Re spawned units can be such a pain in a Co-Op, having someone in an unconscious state for an extended period of time would be nice. -

Wiki says, 1 × .50-caliber (12.7 mm) M2HB heavy machine gun with 900 rounds 2 × 7.62 mm (.308 in) M240 machine guns with 8,800 rounds (1 pintle-mounted, 1 coaxial) So I imagine 4x1000 round boxes is more then enough.

I'd say it is for public servers so they can have many versions of a mission one for each faction for instance, whitelist the missions now public players can vote mission without getting the server on a mission that may not be intended for public use. It is better to have then have not, wouldn't you agree? -

Always good to see another ACE like mod, I just wonder with ACE not even having a wip thread of official information yet is it going to get left behind. I know its reputation counts for a lot but with I think 5 mods I've seen now with similar objectives getting to public and having more development time, the quality of ACE3 will have to be outstanding to gain a foothold in most peoples required mods like ACE 2 had. But for all I know ACE could be in full swing development right now, I think it is safe to say the ACE guys are at least tinkering with ideas. The unfortunate downside to having so many mods that want to do the same thing is you can't run them all at once, hopefully the community doesn't get split up too much. -

I meant included in the ADF mod since it is a lot easier to convince people to get one big mod then lots of little ones.
