    Mouse Keybinding Trouble

Thanks for the reply. I have had the windows drivers. I did uninstall the Logitech software too and try to use without, but still with the same problem. I never actually changed anything with my mouse drivers/software before the update and it worked fine until recently...
  2. I tried searching the web and the forums for this without luck, so I thought I'd ask around... After the most recent of updates to Arma3, my keyboard/mouse/joystick control scheme was wiped out. This has happened, so no big deal. However, trying to reconfigure to where I was before has been impossible due to difficulty with configuring my mouse (Logitech G502). Everytime I try to change a command on my mouse buttons there's a problem, as below (while in game control config) Left mouse button (button 1)- cannot simply click in the menu to assign command, have to drag/drop from right-hand selection menu Right mouse button (button 2)- every time I try to assign, Arma3 notes ANY click as "HOLD" Forward/back (mouse buttons 4/5)- it wants to note as "2x Mouse 4/5". For instance, I try to assign "Direct Chat" as holding mouse button 5, but even clicking notes as "2x Mouse button 5" The frustrating part is, this only happens in the configuration menu. Example- I try to assign "Direct Chat" (DC) as Mouse button 5 (MB5). In config, even holding down MB5 to try to assign DC makes Arma3's command show up as "2x MB5". While actually in game the same command is not reproduced, and I am unable to use my MB5 for DC. I have checked with the Logitech software to ensure there is not a problem with my mouse, and also used my Thrustmaster TARGET software to ensure my mouse input is not wonky, so I am concerned this may be a problem with ARMA- has anyone else encountered this problem and/or have a workaround? Some things I have tried- Reinstalling my mouse Disabling any other peripherals with ARMA Changing profiles Thanks in advance for any info/help. This has been fairly frustrating, and my actual playtime of Arma has dropped because it's not enjoyable anymore. There are worse things in life...
  3. I have a TrackIR for my home PC. I had the opportunity to use an OR DK2 at some VR presentation a few weeks ago. TrackIR definitely took some getting used to in terms of getting settings right. I use the TrackClipPro, so I've never had any issues with external light sources interfering with the signal. I don't like that I'm basically FORCED to use headphones when playing- I play Arma 3 with headphones anyway but this is usually an issue when playing something like MF Flight Sim X. OR, while pretty cool, is not even close to acceptable for Arma3 at the DK2 stage. Unless the consumer version is VASTLY better in terms of resolution, and not just somewhat improved, then I wouldn't bother with OR. I was really disappointed with my trial of ORDK2 because I really think it's cool and the best iteration of VR we have available for consumers at this point. I REALLY wanted it to work, but for such a fast-paced, detail-oriented game as Arma3 I can't trust my gaming with it.
  4. Rearranging the action menu in helicopters so the choice for engine shutoff isn't the first one. I realize it's my own fault for accidentally pressing it during flight, but I'm not sure the option you are most likely to accidentally activate is the one that is most likely to kill you.
