looking great! And I love that it takes 1/3 tank of gas in a MH to fly from the northeastern island to the main island - a perfect base/respawn point -

to clarify what your original error was, should have been if im not mistaken. often then engine throws a 'expected ;' when a few commands are strung together. -

you could attempt: http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/switchLight but the wiki makes it seems that its targeted at specific objects that are Lamps, probably wont work on your building. I personally dont know how, but I know it is possible via scripting to add your own light sources in the meantime. -
http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/action -should do it, just execute for each unit in the aircraft through a loop. you could also try setPos to a marker at base to teleport all the cargo there (i use the term 'cargo' snarkly - they never get out when ordered to! :))

im green when it comes to multiplayer, but i wanted to ask: could it be your use of (!isServer) exitWith{}? should you instead be using isDedicated? Edit: Do you know exactly where it is dying? is the object even spawning? -

look into ACE - advanced combat environment, as i understand it, it does what youre asking plus alot more. i've seen vids where someone would spend minutes trying to stop bleeding and revive someone (feels like = minutes in combat x 100) -

Dinosaurs. I would love to see dinosaurs, especially a 'human' AI option (just copy the fsm?) to interact with as an opposing (or friendly) force. this came because I always had hoped battlefield would stop hinting at dinosaurs and actually add them to the game. Arma is a MUCH better platform for those kind of shanagans. I will be slowly learning to model and config, but it will be extremely slow. If someone gets this started in the mean time, i'd be willing to donate money for their time, i really think it would be that awesome {Big Grin} an additional $100 for a terodactyl that swoops down and picks up players, most often to their doom. Ideas? -

thanks! was alot of fun even with a few AI too. i needed way more pistol practice. feedback testing on the latest a3 release: -no matter which side wins, the winning team is displayed a mission failed screen -couldn't pick up the backpack on the bridge -when the cops are called, the music goes on for quite a while, but takes the cops even longer to get there. maybe if the airdrop was closer, like the center of town -If AI squad leader, should have a waypoint to search the town, but gets hung up on the 'reload' waypoint. So they all cluster around the truck side thought, consider respawing players who try to leave a certain area during the game, had some random kidnap an AI player in a pickup and start driving all over the island : )

processInitCommands and setVehicleInit were removed as of DEV build, i believe this is permanent due to MP hacking (so i hear)

Im using windows 7, and when im not in game it works the startmenu, but in game it doesn't trigger it. Personally i have that mapped to 3rd person view -

I support this, and I would further extend collision detection to include telephone wires and tower guy wires.
