    Yes just get the unit you want to load out into the editor, drop down a Virtual Aresenal - gear up... and copy the loadout out as text. You can then paste this back into the unit init or into a more sophisticated Loadout script..
  5. I'd un-install, get back to a safe Vanilla build that loads up ok, then re-download the Reshade package and try again. Perhaps you had a corrupted file ? Be sure to remove any legacy V5 or V6 files.... The installs were different and I think that's caught a few people out. J
  6. No it doesn't work according to other testers. Spawns CSAT units instead, which normally means the cfgGroups is not correctly coded.
  7. Sometimes Battleye seems to take a dislike to the injector file.. did you get any RPT. message or Dos window message from Battleye ?
  8. The Mil Placement is a base or a Fob, or a guard station etc. It's a "Point location" not an area. so the units and objective will be spawned directly where you place the marker. The marker or TAOR is simply an area for which ALiVE searches for indexed locations to spawn at i.e. bases, towers, industrial complexted etc. It doesn't work the same way as UPSMON or MCC for instance i.e. as a boundary patrol zone. (Well at least I don't think so :) )

    Any chance you would consider building the code into ACE as a contributor ? Fully understand if you wanted to keep it separate - I just miss using it and we're unlikely to use both sadly. Really loved the ability to strip link down to fill boxes.. so cool

  11. Validate your steam cache... has to be something wrong with either your A3 install or the reshade install.. Load of us are running it fine on 1.50
  12. I did search... Sorry this old thread was the only one I could find referencing Tapatalk Ever since the forum refresh I've not been able to log in using Tapatalk... tried my email + password. User I'd + password etc To no avail. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong lol ?

  14. Actually I started with them, BUT the clever thing with the aforementioned pieced is that they automatically cover rough ground. i.e. like a real skin of Concrete or tarmac. Meant my less than flat base was still covered in a nice even layer. No worries, I ended up just using grass cutters and it looked like a bare earth finish.

    I know that adding more dependancies is not ideal but Massi's African rebels are pretty sweet and we use them on our Duala Public missions :-)

  21. hmmmm I think I get that.. I'm using all library's in Xcam and have the CJTF101 editor installed to show all classes in the editor... I guess I just need a hint on a placeable piece I can search for.

    RPT spam will probably come from ASDG_JR if at all as I think that's the funny in there at the moment since the CBA update. However interested to get other's feedback on performance - if it's an issue we definitely want to know. Sure thing on the British Terminology/slang.   23. Thanks for the response guys... so there is no way of actually using the original A2 class name WITHOUT Xcam.EU PBO ? Assuming this is the case are there any flat Concrete surface pieces I can use instead of the "xcam_runway_beton_ep1" i.e. a placeable Tarmac or Concrete surface ? Cheers for the advice guys
  24. Having trouble with a mission I've built. I used some interesting objects I found when in the editor. i.e. xcam_rail_najazdovarampa xcam_runway_beton_ep1 Now when I come to try and share this I immediately realised these are not going to work for anyone trying to join unless they are running xcam.... Are these actual A3 / AiA objects that have proper ARMA Classes ? - I noticed some of the other "Xcam" objects do seem to be duplicates of existing "vanilla" objects. Is there anyway to find the name of the original object so I can just lay them down and people with AiA can see them ? Cheers for the advice SJ
