    I am by no means a sound expert, and a lot of sound design and taste can be sort of pointed to preference. But I do feel like most of the weapons is lacking a bit on the low end, but again that's just my opinion and I'd be happy with the sounds how they are in that video. Always great work Laxx.

    Bug in stable where if you try and set a freq, whenever you add 1 number it sets like 8 numbers after it. Also, I'm getting no radio squelch noises. :unsure: My error messages below. [23:48:45.103] Error querying microphone input status: client library not initialized [23:48:45.103] Error toggling microphone enabled: client library not initialized Worked out the squelch issue by just re-installing TS3.

    In the video you linked the .50 sounded pretty different from the distant shot, but in that zeus video that dude linked all of the weapons are making the same sound throughout the whole panning out. I don't know the specifics about which new sound features have been updated for RHS, but it seems the RHS sounds kinda just get quieter and fall off. Like I said, I don't know the specifics so I'm not implying anything, I'm just making an observation from my experience and the videos you lads linked.

    Agreed as well, the coloration on both the flashlight and Tan Spectre seem off. Flashlight seems to orange. As for the Tan spectre I can't quite explain it, but it looks similar to the olive one so maybe its to green? :huh:

  7. Mission is being updated again, the enemy cache site markers have been removed (so you have to search for them yourself). We are currently working on a way to make it so you have to secure the enemy bodies for intel in order for the cache sites to be marked on the map. We also included the new RHS mod, RHS:GREF and we've also updated RHS:AFRF and RHS:USAF to version 0.4.1 which includes all sorts of new goodies. Along with that we are still continuously balancing the AI to provide a challenge but to also not make the AI super soldiers, and as always we are working on implementing new features that we've been coming up with.

About Op4 Gaming: Op4 Gaming is a gaming group that has been active in the OFP/ARMA Community since 2003, based out of the US our training/operation days are Wednesday/Sunday 8PM EST - 11PM EST In Arma we play as the unit 13TH Tactical Operations Company. The 13th Tactical Operations Company (13TH T.O.C) is made up of active military, prior military, and military enthusiasts alike. We gear our training and operations towards teamwork and realism, using real world military tactics translated into strategies that are fun and effective for the ARMA platform. The 13th T.O.C. is structured around a US Army Infantry Company. Any new members would be joining a group of experienced players willing to teach you and guide you through the process of becoming part of the 13TH, whether you be a newcomer to the realism side of Arma or a veteran yourselves. Whilst there is a chain of command and the integrity of any group depends on people honoring that chain, there is nobody in the unity who will pull rank or anything of the sort. Rank in Op4 is more of a structural / time in aspect. We don't put much emphasis on rank because it takes away from the core game play, instead each member of a fireteam / squad / platoon show each other respect and work together as a team to accomplish the goal, whether you be a fire team member following orders or the Squad Leader giving them. Mods: 13TH T.O.C bases themselves off of a US Army Rifle platoon, and we use multiple mods to enhance gameplay in that regard.     Thanks the gods, its annoying as hell to be sitting in a completely open top vehicle and not be able to hear anything going on outside unless you go in third person. Now if they could reduce the engine sounds of some of the Russian vehicles by a little bit as well :D
  12. Mission updated many times. Mods updated, AI continuously being tweaked, random enemy patrols on whole map, enemies reinforce current AO's with QRF forces.

  16. Having a weird issue on my groups server and we've done some troubleshooting and have a hunch that one of the ACE modules may be causing the issue. Whenever any AI infantry is killed it doesn't count towards someones score on the scoreboard, the only way to achieve score is by destroying an enemy vehicle of some sort. It affects our mission because we have score requirements on certain things. If someone could shed some light on this issue it would be appreciated.

    Any major progress on the next stable release? My groups interested in switching from TFR but we're hoping for an update in the near future to resolve some of the issues and add to the feature list.
  18. Seems dxtory and the reshade stuff don't get along to well, any ideas on how to resolve it? I was able to make a slight workaround by adding reshade.fx to the dxtory ignore list but if I alt tab Arma 3 crashes.

    Any chance the amount of smoke that comes out of the MG's could be edited down some? When you fire it in a zoomed optic you take a very noticeable framerate hit, and its really hard to track your target.

    GL animations are reverted to Arma 2 ones. All vests and plate carriers have no armour value. RHS player models are wonky, chest shots will register as headshots. I reported it to your feedback tracker, just posting here as well.
  24. Seconded, the footstep sounds in the new DragonFyre Lite were pretty good IMO.
