  1. Is there a tutorial out there on how to create a headless client with TADST? I know there is a setting within TADST to check, but I have had no luck in creating a headless client when enabling that setting. Is the setup process for a headless client the same when using TADST? I have followed the same steps by editing the server.cfg with the IP Addresses of the local and headless client (127.0.0.1 for the HC and then my own IP for the local) I created a batch file with instructions to start and create the headless client (from Monsoons HC Guide). I then start the dedicated server with TADST and then run the batch file but the headless client is not created and does not connect to the server/mission. I am running KP Liberation missions by the way. Any tips or suggestions?
  2. Is there a tutorial on how to setup a headless client through TADST? I'm not sure if the articles and tutorials on setting up headless clients were done with TADST or through other means. I adjusted the local client IP address under the Headless Client box in TADST with my own, but I left the headless client IP address as 127.0.0.1 (not sure if that is correct or not). I have edited the TADST server config file (and added the headless client and local client IP Addresses) and created my own batch file but after launching the server through TADST and then executing the batch file, no headless client is created. Any tips?

    Is there a way to spawn in ambient Blufor AI? I'm using the Advance AI Command mod and would like to control other groups of AI to assist in taking towns.

    Awesome idea, I subscribed to the mod on the Steam Workshop and loaded the game up with the mod. I can't seem to actually command other units though. The dialogue box pops up, but when I select an option like add waypoints nothing happens. Any idea what could be going on?

  7. I am a little confused as to how this software works. Do you simply install it and then start up your game? I have tried that and have had not success. Articulate can pick up my voice and I have set a command key but when I try to select units for example, nothing happens.

    You wouldn't happen to know if the ACE medical system overhauls the medical/revive system included with KP Liberation? Or do I have to disable the medical/revive system within KP Liberation in order for example have the AI heal themselves/lose consciousness via the ACE Medical System?

    ARMA 2 and VAC (Voice Activated Commands)

    I've noticed that on multiplayer or singleplayer, VAC won't work with mods or addons. Has anyone had any experiences otherwise?
  11. IS there anyway to customize the various tasks assigned? I know how to change it from patrol to rescue and stuff like that, but is there a way to make the rescue more like a medivac mission where you have to extract an injured soldier back to the FOB? Thanks in advance!
  12. Hello all. I recently decided to start playing on the UO servers again. I originally tried to join the server manually without 6 launcher or anything. I couldn't join the server b/c out of date mods and not the right Arma version. So i downloaded the version that UO servers used, but I then had to uninstall Arma 2 and OA in order to install the new version. Well I did that, and I still couldn't join the server. So then I installed 6 launcher to join the servers. I get all my mods and beta expansions up to date and then try to join the UO servers. Next thing I know, I get all these dialogue boxes with missing cfg files. For example, CA_CommunityConfigurationProject_E requires CA_BAF. Then I get all these other errors saying no entry bin requires such and such. I can't even create a mission with the editor b/c I get a no entry '.modeloptics'. All I want is to play with UO again!! Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
  13. I've been recently watching the Inside Combat Rescue show on NatGeo and I was really impressed by the medevac crews featured on the show. I was thinking i could make a custom mission with a medevac chopper and crew picking up wounded soldiers etc. Well in order to make the mission more lively and unpredictable, I was hoping to make the mission dynamic (similar to the flashpoint: Takistan mission by thomsonb). Well I'm somewhat new to mission editing. I can make a simple mission, but I was wondering how to make the mission dynamic with endless/alot of tasks. Some tasks may include medevacing IED victims or troops wounded in a gunfight. In addition, I was wondering if there's anyway to add mounted guns on to the default medevac chopper? Any suggestions/tips on helping me create this mission would be appreciated!
  14. Ive been wanting to try and play Arma 3 with realitvely high settings. My current specs struggled to run Arma 2 CO on higher settings. Even on regular settings, I would sometimes experience drops in FPS after I had been playing a CTI game for an extended time. I've been thinking about buying a new graphics card to replace the Windows 7 Home Premium default card (ATI Radeon HD 5450) with the ATI Radeon HD 5670. I don't have a ton of money to spend, but do you think the ATI Radeon HD 5670 + 8GB Ram + AMD Phenom II x4 945 Processor at 3.00 GHz will run Arma 3 smoothly with high settings? Also, is 8GB of RAM sufficient for Arma3?

    Creating A Dedicated Server

    I've noticed that when i run just the armaoaserver.exe program the window that pops up states that battle eye has been initialized, but when I launch the server with the T2DST app, it doesn't say that the battle eye has been initialized or anything. Sometimes it even says that battle eye has failed to connect or something. Is this the main problem?
