    Awesome! Great to see a standalone Harrier, and with massive detail as always from yourself! Only thing I would recommend is to adjust the performance of the aircraft slightly, the low speed forward thrust and turning capabilities are a little too good at the moment I think, performs great at high speeds though!

  3. Hey there, Would anyone be able to inform me as to how I'd do this? I want to adjust the flight model characteristics of some of the base game aircraft, but I am unsure how to write a config to replace the values I want to replace, without having to change the original config and just repack that back into the vanilla game files. I want this to be an independent addon/adjustment. Cheers!

    All your aircraft addons are amazing firewill, the attention to detail is great. I have one question though: is it possible you could make a different version/config to give them more realistic flight handling (more like the vanilla ARMA 3 aircraft)? At the moment they can easily outperform hostile aircraft due to their incredible performance. No worries if it is not convenient for you to do so, and thank you for providing these aircraft to the ARMA community in such high quality!

    Would it be possible to release a quick hotfix to fix the issue of the Buzzard cannon not having a sound? I know its likely inconvienient, just inquiring.

I'm not sure if there is a specific thread for bug reporting, but two things I've noticed so far is that the control surfaces don't move on the F-105, and the MiG-17 roll axis is quite off from the centre of the aircraft. Apologies if this has already been reported. Otherwise, great job guys! Any sneak previews of the kind of content coming in 2.7? :)

    What addon are you having trouble with? It would be best to post in the thread for that specific addon. If the problem isn't addon related, this is likely the wrong forum for your question. Are you trying to a join a server? Or are you hosting one?

    Dutch Armed Forces

    Really like this mod, a hell of a lot of detail (shame not all the new faction mods could be so extensive) and I'm definitely a fan of the more realistic F-35 versions and loadouts, eggbeast, you seem to be working on every active project on this forum :D. But, I'm not so much a fan of the new flight models for the jets, they feel very unrealistic to me, like the aircraft has no real mass in the sky. Is this intended, and if so, could it be made an optional feature?
  11. This is probably the wrong place to post this, but could someone tell me what controls ailerons and elevators movement? Is it handled within the model? It's just I've noticed on a number of models the elevators move in the inverse way they should. So for example, when I want to pitch the aircraft up, the aircraft pitches up but the elevators are moving to the position they would if I was trying to pitch down. Is this an easy fix in the config or is this indeed handled in the model?

    MAFCExt Release 4.0

    Is anyone else getting freezes when using some of the aircraft? I'm getting freezes around once every 2-3 seconds when flying the Mirage F1 and Mirage 2000. Edit: scratch that. Fixed the issue by turning off V-sync in game and handling it externally.
  15. Hi, how well does ACRE work when loading saves? Because me and my friends were playing a mission not too long ago, and after loading the save there was an issue: I, the host of the game, was unable to link my Teamspeak/ACRE to my ARMA 2. ACRE had worked fine previously when loading other saves, but it bugged out and would not connect. My friends connected to my server were able to use their ACRE just fine. Is there a way to resolve this? As it is periodic I guess not :(

    Awesome work NightIntruder, really good to see addons (more specifically addon aircraft) still being made for ARMA 2, I haven't made the move to ARMA 3 yet. What kind of other aircraft are you thinking of doing?
  17. Hey, Me and my friends are having an issue with continuing the main campaign in ARMA 2. Basically, we played Mission 9 by hosting a normal multiplayer game and loading the mission from the "Chernarus" map section. Unfortunately, when we completed it, it turned out that we had not unlocked the next mission. I went to the main campaign menu, figuring we might need to complete the mission from there to unlock the next one. Then we loaded the the mission, to find our saves weren't there. Is there any way we could port the saves over from the scenario version of the mission to the campaign version? I was unable to locate the directory where the campaign version of the mission is saving it's saves, but I could find where the scenario version was saving it's saves. Any help would be much appreciated.
  18. I'm having some issues with this mod, and with the Iraqi armed forces mod. Basically, the new models that you guys have in, for example the Mirage III, are causing my game to stutter, not massive stutter, but stutter that makes it relatively irritating to play. It's unfortunate, because this mod looks really good. Any ideas what the problem could be? I'm using ACE 2 by the way. Edit: No longer an issue. Turning off V-sync in game and handling it externally fixed the issue.

    Hey, I'm having a problem with the T-72 where I am unable to see the gun sights. The problem occurs with all T-72 variants, across all factions. When I am in the gunners seat, and not turned out, I am just shown the tanks gun with no way to see where my projectile is going to land at all.(The usual drivers window is how you see this) I have checked through every other base game and added ACE2 tank (I have all the expansions) and no other tank has this issue. The issue is not present in vanilla ARMA 2 CO. I noticed another topic on the Armaholic forums where someone else seemed to be having the issue (but with the M1A1 also), someone replied saying that you need to press the optics key to access the sights. I have tried this and unfortunately it didn't work. I may just be being stupid, but I find it difficult to believe the T-72 does not have gun sights and the T-34 does :). Does anyone have any idea how to fix this issue? (Or whether it is an issue at all:))
