    ChinookPack - Mod Release

    No ammo on UK ramp gun. Side mini guns have ammo but not the rear L7A2 GPMG. Really loving the quality and sound of these though. WOULD LOVE IF YOU DISMOUNTED INSIDE OF THE CHINOOK:bounce3:

    3CB BAF Vehicles

    I really hope you guys are planning on adding a Chinook and some Rovers to this. Should see if the various UK mods can all get put together into one big one. I'm currently building a UK mod pack for my group and I'll be sure to use these Jackals now that I've found them!
  6. ^^ http://alivemod.com/wiki/index.php/Military_AI_Commander I routinely make missions that have placed AI and ALiVE-created groups. The placed units can be profiled by changing the setting in the profile module. Renamed the "Virtual AI System". http://alivemod.com/wiki/index.php/Virtual_AI_System I generally leave it at default which is "profile synced units" so my special troops in defensive positions are unsynced and thus not profiled. If you have some units in a defensive position and you have them manually crouching then I'm not sure if you profile them if the ALiVE AI will override your command and perhaps have them walk off or something. But if you want to have a specific number of groups with specific types of men/vehicles then you can manually place them and depending on how many you place, you can change the profiler from profiling synced or unsynced. For example if you were to place something like 200 groups, it would probably be easier to set that to "profile unsynced units" unless you wanted to drag the sync line 200 times.

    Is there a way I can easily disable the red out function and perhaps the loss of hearing? Ever thought about having a CORE module with enable/disable options?
  8. I've been able to place them on Bornholm just fine. Though I am using the smaller ones, none of the large BI base templates.

Really need that update though since there isn't a Bornholm v1.0 mirror still available. Oh well. Perhaps a visual of how to run an ALiVE server without using ALiVE_server:cool:
  11. Its a good thing this isn't developed by Americans so you guys don't have a long holiday weekend starting tomorrow. That means you can keep working on indexing Bornholm v1.2 and get an ALiVE v.9.1 update released by say Saturday evening. Right? RIGHT.

    Is there a mirror somewhere with v1.0 still available? I dunno if pw6 does this or not (can't access atm). I'm running an ALiVE scenario on weekends and its falling behind schedule since ALiVE is still working on indexing v1.2.

    Maybe see if this guy would let you port over the MATV from here? http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=12840 Its the best fitting vehicled for current and near future Marines...........yet we're stuck with these damn CROWS turrets. Looking good anyway. Once you get rid of those silly knee pad (I think you said you're gonna re-texture) I'm grabbing them for sure. Really been waiting for a USMC mod that just goes that extra little bit.

  15. You should just ignore all the houses. Keep the apartments. The CQB module with V1.0 would put fireteams on the roof of the 3 stories. It was cool. Ignore windmills too. There's a lot of them on Bornholm.

  17. Even a snowballs chance in hell that Bornholm v1.2 gets indexed by this weekend and there's some sort of micro patch for it? Or are we just gonna have to wait on a full release in X number of days?
  18. No, I'm building an ALiVE campaign using these and I didn't test everything, but I can fire from the assault boat, everything spawns fine. BTW, do your helos use the A3 flight model or are they just direct ports from A2? Will the helos be able to use sling loading? I have checked any of this.

  20. Tried to get weapons out of ammo crates as Soviet Recon. They just go into nothing while removing from the box, taking away your original weapon and replacing it with nothing. Ammo transfers though. Example, try to grab PKM, you get the ammo, your AKS goes into the box, but you don't get a PKM.

They didn't make it. 2 x Su-35 set on criss-cross of Altis at default low altitude, max speed, echelon formation, 2 of their waypoints had "set fuel to 1" or whatever the command is from BIS so they can fly forever. They start in the far southeast. They were definitely flying in the profiler because they crashed at that hill just north of the main airbase. Possibly a profiling issue as I ghosted and teleported over there after finding a fixed wing NATO icon out of place via the admin profiler debug. Was on my dedicated server too. Anyway, they showed up on the profiler debug, I teleported over there, after a bit they visualized...........................crashed.
