    Tom, Thanks for the missions. I really enjoyed Pursuit. It's a good mission; solid, has a lot of action, and can be played in a realistic timeframe. I look forward to playing the other missions soon. Keep up the great work!

    You mean like this? Security is provided by the assistance of Princess Sarah's Brigade soldiers and an RSAF CSAR soldier watches over things as well. But there are actual Military Police units as well and I think there are quite sufficient enough units to get what is you need done. I think this project has just about anything anyone could want as-is. But I am sure we'll see more from Wld427 and patience is the key here. Let the guy relax and take a well-deserved rest. He's earned it after all.

  12. Hi all, I am trying to find a script that will help me out with a problem I am having. I am using the LHD and trying to have a full flight deck is becoming problematic. The problem: When the mission starts, the objects (helos, men, etc) spawn before the LHD does. So they fall through the deck and explode. It's quite messy. I have lowered my graphical settings, but that is just not fun, the graphics look horrid. Question: Is there a script I could use that would delay by even 5 seconds (enough time for the LHD to appear before the objects (helos, aircraft, men)) to appear? I have checked the forums and have not found anything that delays initial spawns. Thanks for your help! :)
  13. I went through the official BIS Mission Tutorial that BIS posted today, and I have to say that is some good stuff. For some reason when I saved the .sqf file it would only save as .txt (even after setting it to different types of files in "save as". It just wouldn't save anything other than .txt in both Wordpad and Notepad. But I was able to download the original missions from the announcement thread and copy BIS' .sqf file into my mission folder and then it worked as demonstrated. Another question, how did BIS get the two vehicles to be in column formation at the start? Whenever I did it "my" vehicle (2nd in formation) was off road to the side, even after placing it on the road directly behind the first vehicle as in the tutorial. Can't figure that out... But thanks BIS, I'd like to see a tutorial on how to create a campaign. I've figured some things out, but it would be nice to see an official tutorial on this.     Thanks for saying so Macadam. Just doing my duty by testing and showing off the great work that Wld and others have contributed to this great project! I think your point about what has been done to bring an imaginary military force to life is one of the biggest draws for me with RACS or any other such force, from Operation Flashpoint to ArmA 2. I guess it allows you to do whatever you want, the skies the limit! It blends very well with real-life forces as well! When I get more time I'll continue my stories and post more screenshots. Just have a lot going on right now. Cheers! Mack

    Hey JDog, congrats on the HMS QE release! I checked out your sample mission using MMA and that's pretty awesome! One thing though, do you plan to use a better texture for the deck? It seems kind of well...low-res. Or was that the intention? Just curious... Again, great release and I look forward to the "big prize"; the Nimitz-class carrier!

    That's great news General Powell! Glad to have you back on the road to full recovery and back in service! That's also, great news about the drawdown of RACS forces in Chernarus. I am glad that the Sahrani Parliament had the support of Queen Isabella and let's hope that Russia and NATO along with Sahrani support can work together to prevent further rebel uprising in Chernarus! I've seen quite enough action there to last a lifetime! Meanwhile, I've been transferred to an undisclosed location; still assigned to RACS forces somewhere in the Green Sea region. More on that later...

  23. It is set in Takistan I believe after NATO forces withdraw upon completion of their mission. I'm really looking forward to this new DLC! Keep up the great work BIS and don't forget about the quality of the content as well. So far so good up through BAF! Cheers!
