    I'm sure BIS have thought of this feature but left it out for a reason, there's probably more to it and it's more complicated than we think.

  3. I really do appreciate he is spending so much of his free time and if it takes a year well then it takes a year and thats how it is. I'm sure when it get released it will be very nice :cool: We can hardly blame people for asking about progress and news, we are all very excited about this mod. I don't think Chammy mind people asking about progress and news as long as it's done nicely, else he probably wouldn't have created the thread as i'm sure he knew such questions would come up :) Comments like the below made me a little more optimistic though :)

    Wouldn't it be a problem for the vehicle that made the tree fall to drive over it?
  5. I play without Crosshairs and in CQB i often shoot without using the sights, yes it takes practice and it's not just something you learn in 2 minutes but it's very learnable( if thats a word :p ).

    Or you can use... _group lockWp true; ...to lock the attacing group at a waypoint and then... _group lockWp false; ...when you want them to continue moving to next waypoint.

  8. Well i'm not saying it's a bad game, haven't tried it so i really can't. But for me no dedicated servers is enough to rule the game out :)

    I haven't had much time to test but yesterday i tested some more with that screenlag issue and used taliban AA units, 56 of them to be exact and quite a lot of them had no heads :p As soon as i get more time i'll test some more :) Good job on your mod, liking it a lot :cool:

    Same here, hell i'm on WinXP 32Bit SP2 and it performs great :cool: The first thing i do after a re-install is setting windows theme to classic, can't stand all that visual crap :p

  15. Only reason i'm not getting MW2 is because of no dedicated servers, i'm going for BC2 :) Best ever multiplayer experience for me was when Joint Operation: Typhoon Rising was brand new, man i really miss those times :o
  16. Yes i have my aiming deadzone on 0%, i used to have it at 10% back when i still wore training wheels( crosshair :p ).

  21. I hate the use of crosshairs but i can agree with this, same goes with some vehicles where 3rd person view is more or less a must to operate them!

[60718] Changed: AI follows leader stance, but does not switch to combat behaviour when player is prone. [60711] Changed: Units now never enter cover while moving in compact (Delta or File) formations. It sounds really nice :cool:
