Exit MP and return a few time fixes it for me. Yes in 2013 this should not be the way. -

Server operators require activity. Free flowing public missions with everything provides that. -
Only if they could provide 24/7 admin presence on them. At the end of the day BI could only provide the same as whats out there now, due to A3's current state.

Join those servers, and then retrieve pbo from your appdata/arma 3 missions cache folder. -
