    What would be even nicer is to have the highlight as bright red ... cant tell you how many times I have ejected instead of another action because I couldn't see what was highlighted ! But a higher action menu would also help. [TAO] Kremator

    It would be FANTASTIC to have the AI behaviour that is in FFN to be carried into ACE. PLEASE guys work together. You would make very many people happy. Even telling us how we can turn off some of the conflicts would be great. So now the BIG question .... I hope Sickboy has used FFN and TonyRanger has used ACE [TAO] Kremator

    FFN MOD

    Hey guys ..... hope you can help me. There must be a conflict somewhere between ACE and FFN because I am getting slowdown when I have both enabled. I have gone through TR_OBJ\TAG\int.sqs and taken out the relevant bits but am still getting slowdowns in the region of 0.5 secs every 4 secs. Can't be my machine because I have a high spec, so any ideas what I'm doing wrong? OR does anyone have the files that I need (and can upload them somewhere) so that I can play with both these great addons ? TIA [TAO] Kremator

    To those that are using FFN and ACE.... have you noticed a reduction in FPS? I have - quite bad at times. Have you done anything special to get them to run alongside eachother? What problems do you encounter? Do you have to turn off any overlapping features? [TAO] Kremator

  13. 2200-3000m firefights shouldn't be the norm as you are MOSTLY using handheld weapons. A thread has been opened on ACE Forums and they are looking into it. I certainly don't want to be fired upon from that distance if my viewdistance is set to 1200m! [TAO] Kremator

    Funny you should mention this EvilMax, as I have noticed that too! It does work BUT I think the radius is SOOO small that you need to drive your vehicle almost INSIDE the depot ! I reckon it's only a small tweak. Hoping so anyway. Â Doomguy knows warfare inside and out As for the viewdistance - have you all tried to use InstantViewDistance by Myke? Works perfectly and just required Extended EventHandlers. [TAO] Kremator

    OMG Franze, this is FANTASTIC news mate ! What about putting what you have found onto the Discussion forum in Arma? I know that I only check this forum VERY infrequently, but Discussion is checked daily. This is one of the 'Holy Grail' scipts that everyone has been after !     vengeance1, the main reason they stop responding is due to them using binos. I've been doing a little testing on a newer version from norrin and he has doing an ALMOST perfect job. Â I've played his newest version demo mission over and over because it is soooooo good. Â AI respond well, using full ACE AI behaviour (which is good btw). I've put a few recommendations to norrin and hopefully he'll implement them. Â I think that EVERY mission should have norrin's revive (AI enabled or disabled! I'm sure you will all get some norrin goodies soon. Regards [TAO] Kremator PS Would LOVE LOVE LOVE to get my hands on the AI enabled versions of those missions mate...... got a linky for us ?

    Love the Afghan conversion. TESTING MODE is intense ! Try it ! Gonna have another go on my dedi server. FPS on server drops only to 25FPS (2.67Ghz Duo Core, 2GB RAM) so this is perfectly acceptible. @Doomguy - have you considered using norrin's AI revive scripts? Have just tested the newest version and they are VERY VERY good. Would add a new dimension instead of immediate respawn into a controlled AI. Perhaps something to think about. Great job.     Ahhh that now could make sense. A lot of us are trying out beta 1.15 and are liking the FPS improvements. Of course there maybe problems as those seen by Telix (I must admit that my .rpt fills rapidly when I run ACE and FFN together) Here's hoping for 1.15 to come out of beta and for configs to be updated.     Doomguy, I don't know HOW you have done it BUT I have just played the most enjoyable game of WACO ever with this latest version. I played on TESTING MODE, which is crazy but my server never dipped below 20FPS (which is excellent considering the amount of AI! and my main PC never dipped below 30 FPS. The battles were intense ! Thank you SOOOOOO much for making WACO. This one will be on my server all the time! [TAO] Kremator
