This is my two cents ... Download ATI Tool and scan for artifacts, if you find any and your card is on stock settings then you might have some trouble with the card itself. Also I agree that you should do a full reinstall of XP, delete the partion and everything. Then when you reinstall everything get your graphics card driver from here Also it might be worthwhile posting this on their forums, as many of the guys on there are very helpful and always help me with my PC when it screws up

Glad you got it sorted mate, I use the Saitek Gamers keyboard aswell, but this version and seems to be no problem. If its graphics drivers that are causing the problem try using some of the drivers found here I use them myself personally and I say they do make a difference over the vanilla Nvidia drivers

Sometimes it will call in targets without you looking anywhere near them, other times it won't even acknowledge they are there Best bet is to right click on the unit, and if that doesn't work, press V and try again, if it still doesn't work click around it, and if that doesn't work ... just shoot the bastard in the head

I have upgraded my Mobo and Graphics card since I installed ArmA and formatted my HDD about 5 times and it still installs. And like you I have the Czech version, the only trouble I had was the first time I tried to reinstall it and it wouldn't accept my code, but then I emailed then and the next day they said they had allowed my code to be used to reinstall after I explained what I did ... So nothing to worry about Also you might want to save the Install.exe for ArmA, I put mine on my portable HDD and saves having to download 3GB everytime

I have to admit, I have seen AI soldiers follow me through walls and buildings with their rifles when playing Coops in multiplayer, but then again it must be incredibly hard to accurately recreate what a human would do in each situation in ArmA. Sure it's not perfect, but its bloody closer than any other game is. I share your woes about the grass aswell, the AI does seem to have an advantage, but the latest 1.5 Patch promises to fix that by including as the 505 version does grass that folds over. Just give it time with patches and playtime and you too can be like the AI and follow soldiers through walls

Happened to me in OFP mate, that was because I was running a MOD though ... not sure if you are? If not perhaps a reinstall (Yes I know that's original )

I agree, too many people complaining - not enough people thanking BIS (Although a 1.05 Patch would be nice )

I have to say I really enjoyed the Single Player campaign, although there are loads of bugs and whatnot in it. But that's just ArmA, its so open anything can happen

6th Sense put a script in to make the player jump and it seemed to work well in their missions, but many sources like you say point to this being included in the much anticipated 1.05 patch

Just watched a few episodes and I have to say, the weird magic guy/girl (Can't tell because of voice) is hilarious with the orange car :P But will the sniper take him/her out in the next episode?

To those of you who have the Geforce 7900GS, my friend recommends this tool Nvidia System Tool ... I am currently in the process of using it myself, will let you know how it goes! Edit - Does sod all, an OC program with a safety switch. Will be sticking to ATI Tools afterall
