I have the username auss now, it was as of yesterday Aussie, when I attempt to change it back to Aussie as described above it says username already in use. -
Are they available to use on the map? They would make an excellent addition, I could add them as an ambient animal in the island config.

make sure you dont include the large Dam in your story as its been replaced with this large bridge which is underconstruction Lighting - Yes Default Arma 3 lighting

This is one of the reasons Arma3 has so little addons and maps being made, when a community www.nanocore-network.tk removes the donations area on the map it makes me wonder why MattAust and myself even bother to continue working on the island. You get the map for free and then you decide to do this.

Since the Forum rebirth I have been reborn as Aussie which was my old username. Lately I was username Aus is it possble to merge post counts from both username's and keep me as Aussie? I have a thread which I started under the username Aus entitled " Australia Work in Progress Release I would like to continue to moderating that thread and updating the pics and content, is that also possible?

Ok I've read up on this and know that if you export an EMF from V3 you need to divide the sat by the size of the heightmap e.g 10240 / 1024 gives me 10 pixels to chop off the left and bottom. What do I do if I have an existing sat_lco.png that I've made? do I chop that by 10 pixels bottom and left? I want to start paint roads in the sat and creating a mask but not sure what sizes to make these images. also I am exporting EMF's to check contours etc, the program i use converts but only upto 6000x6000 it wont convert my EMF to the right size of 10240x10240 what app do ppl use to do this? cheers

I'm getting a weird line running north to south on my island, It disappears when I zoom in and reappears when I zoom out. At first I thought it was sat so I created a new one and its still there, I tried the sample falklands sat its there also. I've posted a pic hoping someone can resolve. The line doesnt appear if I use Buldozer and not Arma3 in Visitor, the islands binarize and show in game. I'm using L3dt to export the terrain map. Island is 10k x 10km

I'm having issues attempting to convert bin files or de-pbo arma3 pbos. I've tried several apps, all of which fail when attempting arma3 files. I've managed to get PBO manager to extract pbos now but I cant seem to unrap the bin files to have a look at them. when I try to use any of mikeros tools they post an error that i need mfc110.dll. Ive installed the latest VC-redistrbutable package and it still fails, I've also put the depbo.dll in the folder. I've searched the forums here but all links are either dead or lead to older apps that wont touch arma3 pbos.

I put the Dll in teh same folder as all the exe files, C:\program files (x86)\mikero\depbotools\bin theres also a copy in windows\system32 I installed 2012 VC

Thanks again for the reply, still no joy, I added the lines as mentioned above and no clutter, I still get missing addon error when I run the map in Arma3, thats got me stumped. What ever addon I put in the required addons field in the config.cpp is the one thats missing when I start the game.. If I put requiredaddons "" it still posts an error saying its missing ""addons. I manually added some reeds in visitor and when I'm in game I can see it fine. @jakerod - checked my config and it must have been a forum bug as space wasn't there, well spotted though :) Will also change prefix as suggested my map.log shows this error "using non-binarized object a3\plants_f\plant\p_reeds_f.p3d" I've rechecked my folders, map folder is in root of P: no errors when binarizing (none that cause error popups) I have an A3 folder in the root of Arma3 and the root of P: with data_f and plants_f (unpbo'd) Bushlurker I am using your paa's and rvmats so theres no issues there. Pulling my friggin hair out!!!!! ARRGGG ---------- Post added at 19:55 ---------- Previous post was at 19:19 ---------- ok I found the issue and now have clutter, it seems i was missing a }; I used your Falklands cpp files bush thanks, The main problem of missing addon popup still exists. I don't understand why its posting this error when I start the map. whatever file i put in the requiredaddons field in the config.cpp will give me a popup error when starting arma.
